Artisan Lakeview Hotel

Review: The hotel does. It exist. Supposedly there was a change of name and after that, they accept booking in old name but when customers go there, they do not accept Agoda booking and charge extra. Very poor!!!

Positive points: Location is the best. Small and cozy hotel which is great in hustle and bustle Hanoi.
The staff is receptive and supportive.
Ha (Helen) is exceptional. She is smart, knowledgeable, and can assist you with anything you need.

Review: Fantastic location and loved the balcony. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired and elevator broke for an entire evening during our stay.

Review: I booked this hotel for my last night in Hanoi. However I couldn't sleep at all due to bed bugs. The AC was working for hours but couldn't cool the room. No tissues provided in room or washroom. The receptionist was not found after checking in. This was a horrible stay

Review: I got a room facing the lake amd the front of the hotel had few restaurants and was withhin 100 mtrs of the lake.

Positive points: Our stay at the hotel was really good. Top location, it's quiet even though it's very central. Nice room with balcony. The breakfast in the neighboring hotel also tasted very good. One of the biggest plus points is the staff, Helen in particular is great. Very friendly, accommodating and gives you the best stay. Thank you very much!

Positive points: Location, breakfast, and best of all the staff. They helped day plans, transportation to the airport and they even gave us a room on a higher floor so it would be quieter for us and we would have better views.

Review: The location is great, nearby to the center. The facility is not new, but quite clean.

Review: Checked in and immediately noticed mucus on the dark wooden desk. I was prepared to accept it until I found more boogers on top of the mini fridge. I asked to check out less than 5 minutes after checking in and the staff seemed confused. They offered to change my room but I was too disgusted to trust their cleaning staff. They kept working on their computer trying to figure out if I had paid- when they realized it was a cash booking they wanted me to pay in full despite the unsanitary conditions. I ultimately had to walk away. I realized once I was out the door that this was in the midst of the covic-19/coronavirus outbreak (mid-February 2020).

Positive points: The location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of Hanoi.

Review: I booked this hotel via agoda and this is the first time I know about this hotel. But my experiance here was very amazing. Hotel is small but nice. Location next beside Hoan Kiem lake and right in center of city. The accommodations are cleaned and new. Especially is staff here (receiptionists) are so kind and professional. I will come back next time.
