Review: Good ambience.. In case you are North Indian vegetarian then you might face little bit of issue with the food

Positive points: Awesome boat trip, very touristy spot so expect a lot of people when visiting outside locations like the cave. It was very fun tho.

Only thing is I had booked for two initially but my friend couldn’t join due to non availability of visa. Despite informing them beforehand…. Refund was not issued.

Review: Based on the other prices of cruises this one is well valued. Our room was really clean and everything worked how they described it as. Inclusive food was decent, breakfast was the best lunch only had a few good items while dinner was mediocre. What they fail to mention is that on board drinks exclude tax so expect higher bills when checking out. The cave and titop excursions aren't worth going on due to crowds. Tim and the other workers were good and made sure guests were clear on everything. Would recommend

Review: We spent two nights 3 days with Captain Tam and his wonderful crew.
I highly recommend this cruise. We were treated like VIPs the entire trip. I was very worried having booked this cruise from Australia of what I was going to get, but from the moment we were collected from our motel in Hanoi to disembarking Syrena we recieved organised, on time, well communicated instructions. Captain Tam is extremely hands on and there for your assistance at any time, he also does the cooking demo and tai chi and has the most contagious laugh! We saw all the major sites plus alot more by doing the 2 night.
The food was unbelievable, quantities extreme! I highly recommend to do the Two night x3 day trip you have such more of a relaxing time and travel quite far on the day boat seeing the other bay and its sites.

Positive points: Just an amazing trip. Fantastic scenery and activities.
Staff were fab and couldn't do enough for us. Food was fabulous and lots of choice, provided alternatives for our daughter who is vegetarian.
Great karoke aswell. Would definitely recommend this boat trip.

Review: Not bad, the food was nice! Even the cruise ship seems abit old but it’s quite well maintained, Mr. Son was quite a nice guy and speaks well English too! Overall not bad, will definitely recommend my friend to book when the price are reasonable!

Review: Upon boarding the cruise we were told that due to bad weather conditions, we will not be allowed to stay overnight on the cruise. The cruise continued to sail out to the caves but we had to return and disembark after dinner and we were transported to Halong Plaza Hotel to stay overnight till afternoon the next day, without any additional compensation. It was a pity that we didn’t get the full experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable though, and food selection was amazing.

We used the transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, this service was not very good or well organized. Might be better and cheaper to arrange your own transfer.
