We arrived last night and we didn't sleep. We are on the main road and all night we heard the works. We regret not informing us of this incident! In room 610 we have room light, lamp on stand and kettle that are out of service. Cordially

Positive points: Location of hotel is good for the people who will participate the exhibition..
Hotel is really close to I.C.E hanoi exhibition center..

Negative points: I lost my room card during I stayed and reissued the ticket from the hotel..
But the people who stay another room could open my room door with another room card.
I saw young children who stay other room touched all doors using their room card and one door ( my room) was opened..
I shoudl tell this to hotel staff but I didn`t do cuz it is my last check-out day,,

Review: 1.There is an ongoing massive demolition project directly across from the hotel generating noise and dust.
2. The hotel is old and worn. Wear and tear is readily apparent.
3. Hot water for the shower is only sustained for about 3 minutes before it turns cold.
4. The hotel is in the Hoem Kiem area but in my view is situated in the least desirable part of it.
5. There are much better hotels available at there price point.

Review: There is demolition work opposote. The loud drilling continues day & night. The housekeeping is poor. Given 1 small bottle of shampoo n shower gel for 2 person. Need to ask everynight for more & housekeeper shown her unhappy face.
