The Postcard Hotel

Review: Stayed for 1 night before getting on a cruise. Arrived late at night and the staff were ready & waiting to escort us to the room. The room was exactly as in the pictures, and very clean. I'm very impressed and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive points: Very friendly and helpful . Rooms clean despite typhoon hitting the property just 6 weeks before.

Review: 15mins away from town but very near to Tuan Chau Harbour. Waking up with breath taking Halong Bay view. Peaceful & quiet stay as compared to staying in town.

Nice breakfast provided by hotel with friendly staffs.

Spacious room for family of 4. Water pressure in bathroom was a bit challenging to shower though.

Review: My family really likes it here. Every room has a sea view, the food is delicious and stylish. The rooftop garden is also lovely. Generally, there's nothing to complain about.

Positive points: A very sweet and quiet boutique hotel ~ it’s off the beaten track and wonderful if you want to get away from the noise and busy life. Many of the staff don’t speak English, but the manager keeps in touch with guests by WhatsApp and helped us with anything that the desk staff could not. We appreciated the free loan of bicycles and we also wanted a motorbike for a day from the hotel which let us go and see most of HaLong and also a little bit of CatBa by taking it on the ferry.

Review: A lovely quaint hotel with British vibes throughout. Perfect stopover prior to a cruise. Simple breakfast but someone to much choice is not a good thing. Would easily start again.

Positive points: It looked absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Review: There is no entertainment or good restaurant near by. Room got not the same on pix. The TV counter was not seal properly and ants was crawling around there. When told the front desk, they said, “o-will check” and never did. Lobby was so hot. The site said free shuttle around the vicinity, but when requested they either said car broken or no such services listed on site. When I shown them the site, they said car broken. Don’t come here. Not worst your buck.

Review: The staff were very dedicated to the customers. Although there were issues during the trip, such as losing the room key, I thought the staff would be as strict as in other hotels. However, the staff were extremely friendly, which surprised me and made me rethink the way customer care is handled here, very different from other hotels. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures I booked, and it was clean, which delighted me and my companions. The service was very attentive whenever I had a question, the staff were eager to explain and guide me to the places I needed to go. Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent, and I will definitely come back many times in the future.

Review: The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is attentive and enthusiastic.

Positive points: All my expectations were met. Friendly, motivated and supportive staff. Modern, pleasant interior. Perfectly clean and very cozy. Free bicycles make it easy to explore the environment. The included breakfast was also good.

Review: From the moment I walked in the door, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and the guard, even though it was late (I checked in late). The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The balcony was a bit cramped due to the air conditioning unit and my room being on the first floor, so I couldn’t see the sea because of the trees blocking the view. However, that was not an issue since the fifth floor had plenty of sunlight and a great view. Additionally, the hotel lobby was also super cute!

Positive points: We loved the classic look of the hotel. It was very clean and modern.
