Vệ sinh phòng ngủ : giường không sạch, khi nhận phòng còn rất nhiều tóc trên tấm ga, khả năng cao là không thay ga và chăn của khách trước. Cần cải thiện.
Vệ sinh chung phòng khách + nhà vệ sinh tương đối tốt.
Dịch vụ hỗ trợ khách hàng nhanh.
Positive points: Location was good. Pillow was good height and firm. The air conditioning and internet worked well.
Negative points: The property wasn’t like the one in the pictures. It was much more basic. Should have supplied soap in the bathroom sink

Constant harassment to pay cash only. Our family got split up with a visa issue. I had the cash payment on me and was in Malaysia.
Crying emojis sent regarding urgent payment otherwise threatened to cancel booking whilst enroute to holiday.
Accommodation advertised as pool.
On arrival, pool and gym was extra approx $21 AUD pp. To access the pool and gym, we had to go in the hotel next door. I would have booked elsewhere. We are traveling with 3 children who want to swim in hot weather on holidays.
Positive points: Location, amenities, cleanliness, beds were comfy, wifi, polite staff.
