Review: Not 3 stars hotel overall not good
Positive points: Hotel location is really closed by food shops.
Negative points:
The facilities needs to be re-decorate and renovate.
Toilet shower pressure very low.

Negative points: I booked a week before arrival. Upon arrival, they didn't check me in because "there are no rooms". The owner of the hotel doesn't go to booking.com, he doesn't care.
Review: This is my second time staying at Tra My Hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. I will stay here again in the future.
Positive points: Overall nice place, bit far from the shops and attractions in district 1.
Negative points: Card machine didn’t work so we had to withdraw cash.
Review: Checkin time posted was 2PM. I arrived at the hotel at 4PM expecting to be able to checkin tight away only to be told that they haven’t cleaned the room yet and I will have to wait a few minutes before I can check in. I was too tired and sleepy but they made me wait almost an hour! Super terrible experience especially that time when I feel so tired!!! I’m sure there are other hotels with the same value that won’t make you wait for an hour before checkin
Positive points: the rooms were clean, and perfectly spacious. the shower had running hot water. perfect location, central enough to have things around you without it being too busy. we extended our stay by a few nights and would be thrilled to come back.
Negative points: theres details that could be improved. the balcony door doesnt close properly. there was a hole at the bottom of our front door. mold issues that can be taken care of.

We couldn't even check in to our room because the room we booked wasn't avail! Upon check in, the lady receptionist asked us to stay in a twin room that is totally different from what we booked.
She tried to up-sales saying it's an upgrade but it's not what we need. When I questioned her why sales the room that's not avail, her replied was: "Not my problem, go ask my boss". Then I demanded to see "her boss", she said: "He's not here". It was very frustrating to communicate with the lady receptionist with ZERO hospitality provided, till the point we abandoned the booking.
Not sure about the rooms but outside facilities look small and run downs as well. Such a waste of time!

Negative points: I have to stay at this hotel not for the first time (close to work) and each time I leave with great disappointment. The employee working the day shift does not respect the guests at all, for example, this time I had an early check-in which I waited in the lobby for 2 hours after the plane, finally having received a room I went to bed, but an hour later I was woken up by an employee who wanted to fix the door on the balcony. The administrator knew that I had not slept for more than a day and was tired after the trip, because I sat in the lobby for two hours and told him that I only had a few hours to sleep before work. I would like to separately report the lack of cleaning in the rooms. I live in this hotel for 4-7 days each time and have never seen cleaning in the room. This morning I asked for cleaning, but when I returned 10 hours later I saw a dirty room. Now I am forced to sit in the lobby and wait for cleaning.

Positive points: The staff are helpful and cooperative. My staying was cut short by an urgent matter so I have requested to leave couple days earlier than planned. i was refund for 2 nights as I requested. This is good! I will return to this hotel whenever I will be in town.
Negative points: no security box.

Positive points: Staff is super helpful and friendly, 24 hours on. Location is just perfect.
Negative points: The room was a bit too old, wallpapers peeled off in some corners.
