Review: I recently stayed at JOMO Service Apartment and would rate the experience as okay. The apartment itself was functional and served its purpose for my stay. However, the building is noticeably a bit old, which shows in certain areas like the overall aesthetics and facilities.

It’s a decent option if you’re not too particular about aesthetics or newer facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and upgrades.

Overall, an average stay—good for short-term visits but not particularly remarkable.

Review: We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Jomo Serviced Apartment. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for long-term stays, offering plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Despite being located on a busy street, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful environment.

The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, especially with maintaining cleanliness. They were always responsive to any requests, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout our time there.

We highly recommend Jomo Serviced Apartment for anyone looking for a convenient yet serene place to stay in the city.

Positive points: Very spacious, comfortable and relaxing

Review: In the past this property was good. But I just stayed here for a few days and saw that your walls are all full of black scratches and need paint. Your furniture is old and falling apart. Your mattress is yellow and lacks bounce. The wifi wasn't working. The overall feeling was dirty and old. I think you're just operating in a way where you are making money but not putting money into the property. Is like having a car for work that you don't do regular oil change on. You can change this and make it better.

Positive points: Jomo has a good location that I really like.

Review: Everything is cool but the internet system was down when we were there and it wasn’t fixed on time.

Review: I would highly recommend this establishment. The service was superb and everyone was super helpful. The apartments are l modernly furnished and SUPER clean. Well equipped too. Loved it!

Review: I like the spacious room, everything is clean and new. The staff are all friendly and helping. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The only thing I think could be better is the wifi-connection and TV should have Netflix and Youtube premium for a better experience.

Positive points: Good location, close to airport. Stay here all the time when I am in Saigon. Great price for what you get.

Review: We arrived after midnight. But the connection with management was fast response. We was greet with welcome face, helping with luggages. And fast settle to my room .
Good location to connecting to a lot of good foods. Close to district one, easy to book tours. Good , friendly staff. We come back next time.
