The host is friendly and always responds quickly through messages.
The room is not luxurious but comfortable enough as it is clean and tidy.

Positive points: Friendly and polite staff. They proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and sent instructions.
The room was clean, and the toilet was spotless, everything looked newly renovated.
Right across the street, there's a place selling Vietnamese drip coffee if you want to enjoy it right away.
A short walk will take you to the train station, where you can easily book tickets to Da Nang and other destinations.

Positive points: Felt very welcomed into the hotel. The room was great, had a fan and aircon so the room was at a great temperature.
The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was beyond impressed with how considerate and kind they were. We asked if we could leave our luggage with them for 5 and a half hours after we checked out as we had a night flight and they kept our luggage safe and sound while we went out during the day.
