Review: Nice room. Good location. Quiet. Great communication with management. Clean.

Only thing I'd change is the mattress is rock hard (but this is common in most of the country). Brutal though if you're a side-sleeper on your neck/shoulders. A foam topper would be a priceless upgrade! Internet wasn't fast enough either. Good, but issues with speed in general. And needed a lamp. The overhead lights just hurt your eyes when lying in bed. Easy cheap fixes they should implement, and the place would go from "good" to "great."

Positive points: The rooms were clean and the staff helped us timely when we tried to check-in. Location is perfect next to district 1

Review: I initially booked to checkin on the 28th. But I called back early and notify them that I cannot checkin on the 28th but the 29th to the 1st. As well that I wanted to stay much longer and wanted to extend my stay. But they were fully booked for the 1st to 2nd so i said ok no worries i will still checkin but just on the 29th. But somehow their agent edit the checkin date so the hotel ended up assuming it was a no show and cancelled my booking. And i just found this out 1 hour prior to check in on the 29th. And now I am sitting here 2 hours later still searching for a new hotel to book. Hotels are way more expensive at the moment. Not to mentioned the time wasted on the back and forth with them on whatsapp and the phone. And they still cant even offer me anything for the inconvenient. Extremely disappointed with their service!!!! Would have love to stay at Cozrum Homes but i will never ever book with them again after this experience.

Positive points: It was reasonably priced, the shower was adequate, the bed was reasonably comfortable.

Review: some rooms are good some are so bad with broken furniture and chairs.
its self check in , no reception, and need to pay in advance to get the room entry code.

Positive points: The location, the apartment security levels (getting in) and the air-conditioning.

Review: You guys need to take care crickets and cockroaches in the restroom. It’s was a lot on the day I stayed

Review: The room is pretty old without space for motorcycles parking. I booked the room for 2 but only 1 pair of slippery is available.
