Review: I liked this place.
Many tree, green yard and quiet.
Single room is too mall, however big window. I can see the green trees every morning from my room so that it is accceptable for me.

Review: Location in district 3 is perfect but I rate 4stars for location bc it is in the alley. Everything else is good, I like the free laundry section.

Positive points: I loved everything - the location is close to the city centre but far enough away where you get some peace. The pool garden & the yard are soo cool and relaxing with lots of plants & fans to cool off from the heat - you can get an amazing coffee from Every Half Roastery which is on the ground floor. There are also 3 other amazing coffee shops/roasteries along the same street. I did some work for 1 morning alongside lots of Vietnamese students in the cafe - a great spot for this!

The staff were incredibly helpful - they let me keep my bags behind the desk until 8pm which really helped me. They made me feel comfortable and they fixed my window blind straight away when it broke.

The room was perfect - the bed was extremely comfy, the toiletries were very good quality & if I wanted to cook there was all the facilities I would need. The room was very quiet too.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this place, and as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe & comfortable staying here. It would be ideal for a work visit or a weekend holiday break. If I could give more than 10/10 I would!

Positive points: The staff was nice and helpful. We like the apartment that we had booked.
Good location and nice garden. A good and quiet place.
Pans and pots were not in the apartment. If you ask the staff for this, you just get it. Maybe a lot of people have stolen from them.

Review: The room was spacious, there was a small kitchen, fridge, two tables. It was clean, well-kept, and felt new. Overall a nice stay.

Positive points: An oasis in the middle of a whirlwind of a city, M Village The Boutique is nestled amongst greenery in a quiet and beautiful hem. It’s friendly and comfortable, convenient and clean. The staff are very helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Review: This was a really pleasant experience, everything (staff, room facilities, the garden, quiet place, the speciality coffee shop inside) was just perfect. We highly recommend it for more than one night.

Positive points: The location is good if u need a place away from traffic noises.

Review: Booked a room under Agoda flash deal….ended up with a ground floor room that has 2 rubbish bins outside serving the cafe at the yard. A smell welcomes every going in and out of the room….and there are mosquitoes in the room… service staff reached out by WhatsApp to offer to spray the room when I went out during the day, but I declined as I was not sure if the spray would stay on the sheets….
I highlighted the smell but the WhatsApp chat went silent about it. The next time the WhatsApp message came, it was about check out time. M Village is a lovely concept at a nice location but these discomfort could be given more attention from the management. Both seem to be avoidable issues. Didn’t expect too much but certainly wouldn’t want mosquitoes and bad smell at the minimal.

Positive points: Great location, calm, three great coffee roasteries right around the corner, nice rooms with good beds. Perfect!

Review: I stayed over Tet holiday
First impressions of studio apartment with kitchen. Very nice and modern boutique.
The location for me is district 3 perfect quite residential and 20 mins walk into district 1.
Free laundry room . Coffee shop on ground floor. I extended my stay twice to single room.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again.
Staff some spoke English but helpful and friendly young Vietnamese .
So for me 10/10

Positive points: Loved how homey the rooms were, it was exactly what I needed. Room was clean and quiet. Service was great, though keep in mind there is no elevator and housekeeping occurs every 2 days. Coffee shop located right in the building with some of the best coffee I've had during my stay .

Review: Designed w/ an apartHotel concept, Vo Thi Sau MVillage is located in a district 3 quiet alley of renovated historic villas and modern houses - its outdoor lounge garden goes with a long shallow pool and is equipped with large square wooden tables included outdoor benches and small coffee tables, a barbecue facilities, convenient enough to host a friends' reunion. My Deluxe room has a wonderful kitchen countertop where i can use the induction stovetop to prepare breakfast & dinner. The bathroom has plenty of space for a pleasant shower for the sink is located on the adjacent washing area. And there is a window seating corner nearby my bedside where i can enjoy my internet browsing moment with a view into the garden. When i am done, i just shift my body over and lay myself down on the bed and get absorbed by the comfort of the pillows for a good sleep - My stay at MVillage soon will come to its end and i already feel how much i will miss this place when the checkout moment is due.

Amenities includes BBQ facilities (charcoal not included), Laundry facilities, Drinking Water Refil, Wifi ( w/o flat TV ), parking area for motorcycles, and a cosy quiet little library / reading nook - all free of charge.

Getting around: the back entrance ( via the coffee shop ) alley will take you to Trần Quốc Thảo St. where you can find Bus 28 station for a 7K ride to downtown/ Ben Thanh market. You could also opted for a 10-12 mn walk by crossing the street and follow Trấn Quốc Toản Street until you hit the main eating arteries ( Huỳnh Tịnh Của corner ) and Hai Bà Trưng Street to reach Tân Dinh market and its pink Cathedral.

Positive points: The room is spacious and downstairs is Every Half cafe, residents can get 20% off of the menu.
