Review: The common area has no access to a balcony or a window. Shared among tenants are 2 bathrooms, a water kettle, some knives and cutting boards, and a fridge. The shower drains very slowly by design. Parking and swimming pool are available for extra costs. Very good room service is done by helpful live-in custodians. Fire sprinklers are everywhere, and security guards work 24/24.

Review: There are 4 rooms in the highrise condo with 2 shared restrooms/showers. The live-in custodians keep the rooms and the common area clean. While the common area has no access to a window or balcony, there's a refrigerator and water kettle available for community use. There are also knives, a cutting board, complimentary bottle water, toothbrush, and towels. Cheap wash-and-fold laundry shops are just blocks away. The highrise condo has 24/24 security, and is in a great location, nesting between a 5-star hotel and a poker place. You'd need a card to use the elevator and another to access your condo, plus a key to your room. Guest parking - expensive by local standard - is available in the basement. The location is very walk friendly, surrounded by eateries and cafe's, from street vendors to 5-star seafood buffet, from holes in the walls to elegantly cozy bistros hidden away in some alley.
