Review: Overall I had a great stay here. The homestay is tucked off of the main street so it can be quiet if the school across the alley is not in session. The location is near a historical area so there are tours you can do nearby. There isn't a manned front desk 24hrs of the day but the team is highly responsive to any questions and requests via whatsapp. Had no issues. Laundry was also completed and returned in a few hours.

Positive points: Excellent service, especially Mr. Viet. He is truly a great asset of the company. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette where I could cook a simple meal with everything I needed, pot, pan, and basic seasonings. In addition, there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Review: I stayed for just 1 night. Really like the way ms Thuy Hoang handle guest request. The hotel is located in an alley which is very quiet at night, which is very good for sleep

Positive points: At the apartment there is everything one needs. It's nice to also have a kitchen to arrange breakfast and meals. Location is great, everything is at walking distance. There is also the possibility to connect your Netflix to the TV!
Long was also great, awesome hospitality and he did everything to make us feel welcome.

Positive points: Great communication with the host. Because of flight delay we came to the apartments at 10 p.m. so after official check-in but it was no problem and we could pay the next morning. In terms of the whole Vietnam it was our most expensive stay but I think for this city it was a good price. Room with fridge full of drinks, AC, bathroom. Common kitchen with table.

Review: This place is clean and quiet. The staff is super nice. Internet is fast. Bed is comfortable.
The biggest downside was finding the entrance when I arrived late at night, but the staff was really nice and helped me find it. Turns out it's easy to access!

Review: Hmm while the price is cheap, but the room is a bit of a disappointment. Aircon cannot be adjusted. The toilet flooded when showering. It will take a while for the water to subside.
Saving grace was the staff. Very polite and accomodating.

Review: Our stay at the Home Away Hotel in Vietnam was lovely. Originally, I booked a unit for 3 people with no windows. Prior to our check in, Mr. Viet, the owner, contacted us and offered to transfer us to another unit with windows and is much bigger and comfortable, free of charge. The location is very convenient, offering everything we needed during our time there. The room was well-equipped, and we appreciated the variety of items available in the refrigerator, for a small fee. There was also provision for cooking. The staff were all amazing and courteous , offering us umbrella so we could buy an umbrella when it rained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and found the place to be a comfortable and practical choice. Would definitely check in this place again when I come back to Saigon. Highly recommended!

Review: Everything went smoothly except for some issues with the check-in process. After the booking was confirmed, I expected the immediate confirmation of the room number and details. It would have been helpful if they had provided information on self-check-in options in case they were unavailable after the confirmed time. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication which resulted in a delay, leaving without notice, and being uncontactable for over an hour.
