Cactusland Boutique Hotel

Review: The hotel is no lift, need to move luggage by hands. The staff broke my luggage handle, even it is brand new one.

Review: When you see blood stain on towel,you know this is not the right hotel in any condition

Review: The hotel is great. The staff is enthusiastic. The guests are clean, just no elevator, but walking a few floors is a good exercise. The hotel lobby is spacious for parking motorcycles. There are many food options in the area, and across from the hotel, there is Maycha tea milk which is very good. The hotel has Netflix for watching movies, which is nice. In general, I will come back next time, and the time after that.

Review: I would have given this hotel 7 stars if it's possible. Very patient and helpful staff, especially Ms Carol at the reception. Also highly recommend this hotel for it's housekeeping effort. Not to mention great value for your money.
