Aurora Serviced Apartments

Review: My dad an I stayed at this place for 3D4N (Friday to Monday).

The room overall was a great place to stay. As it was an apartment, it came with all the amenities once would need (kitchenette, cutlery etc.)

Unfortunately, we were faced with constant construction noise throughout our stay as the building directly next to us were undergoing construction. What's worse, we were staying on the same floor as where the main portions of the construction was happening (workers were hacking directly into the wall where our beds were resting up against). You can imagine the noise we had to put up with 🙃

The final nail in the coffin was when the workers resumed work at 2.00a.m IN THE MORNING on Monday?! As usual, we complained but the staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

Won't recommend this place to anyone anytime soon as the construction looks like it is still in its initial phases. Give it another year or so before staying here, or request for a room not facing rhe construction site and you should he fine.

Positive points: The hot bath water

Review: Desk could be bigger as I wfh here otherwise it's fine. Good location for using a motorbike - traffic is hot too bad. Good parking.

Positive points: The location is very walkable.
Water pressure and temperature are good.
Complimentary washer and dryer are provided.
The elevator is clean and relatively fast.
The staff were helpful.
The housekeeping service was great.

Positive points: While this hotel is in District 3, it's basically on the edge of District 1, so super close to all of the main attractions. The room itself was everything you would expect in a Western Hotel room plus more (including Kitchen facilities). There are plenty of restaurants and mini marts very close by (within the block).
There were cheaper places in District 3, but with this location, plus how nice the room was, I'd definitely come back to stay here for the convenience and ease of being in such a nice place.

Positive points: This is a modern, clean and nicely located hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and all the facilities one would expect to see in a modern hotel.

Review: Room was clean and neat, service by staff was excellent. Great coffee shop on ground level. Wifi was stable and fast . Location central . View of room was poor however quiet.

Positive points: Location is great with so many good food options. Apartment is good sized and very well maintained.

Review: If I didnt encounter with this so ruthless male receptionist、I might take the consideration for future stay. But when i politely asked for a late check out at 2pm（I did also make very clear that I would pay for extra）、that receptionist answered on the phone with ONE word “IMPOSSIBLE”. I am sure he does not take the responsibilities for guest loyalty programme，and the revenue as well.

Positive points: Spacious room and bathroom cleanliness. The apartment is very clean and the staffs are very warm. Initially I thought apartment won’t provide the shampoo and bath so I brought my own but they provided everything. Same as 4 star hotel standard.
