Review: By far the best place I stayed in HCM city
Positive points: Great pool. Nice rooms. Quiet👍. VG bed.
Negative points: Gym is good for a hotel, but needs a double cable Machine. Annoying shower, to turn on rainfall you get a shot of cold water.
Review: Friendly staff. Great apartment. Modern, clean. Very close to War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. Ideal place to stay in the city
Positive points: Great room layout for longer stays. I liked the bed a lot. Neighborhood was really fun, lots of live music.

Hotel room was awesome
Positive points: The room was huge- we had a suite with a living area and a massive bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent- a great bar/ restaurant next door and a few steps from other restaurants, coffee shops etc... 15 minute walk into much busier areas. We used the pool area which was a little oasis.
Review: Nice hotel within walking distance of major attractions, not too far from the airport. Lots of good restaurants nearby. A little noisy until 10 pm band playing nearby but stop at 10. Hotel breakfast was a pass, better places outside e.g. Melbourne Cafe

Absolutely loved this hotel - modern, great area (away from the hub of the touristy area)
with things to do on your doorstep. I would definitely recommend Sila, and if I ever return to Vietnam I'll stay here again.
Negative points: Everything was truly great.

Positive points: Great location, easy facilities to access and the staff were unbelievably accomodating. Their English was absolutely superstar.
Negative points: We booked for 1 week stay through booking.com it stated it included breakfast when we stayed, when we arrived staff advised we were only included breakfast for two days only and all else would have to be paid out of pocket. This should be stated clearer before booking.
Review: My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, the studio apartment was very well equipped and the room was spotless. We especially appreciated the free laundry room in the basement, much needed after 2 weeks of travelling! The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful all throughout. The hotel provided a lovely start to our Vietnam holiday! Would definitely stay here again!

Positive points: Very solid 4 star hotel with good service and cleanliness, well designed and comfortable.
Negative points: Décor lacked a little taste and imagination especially in the suite - but probably better for longer stays.
Review: Good value for money. Good location, space is good, not luxurious but for the rates, they are fine.
Positive points: I booked Sila for the pool, the room with a small kitchen, proximity to the airport & some local restaurants I wanted to try. I heard they had comfortable beds and I am a gardener so I struggle in a soft bed. The bed was absolutely fantastic!! The place was very clean, all the staff were great.
Negative points: The only thing I would suggest is that staff learn more about food intolerance - as I have coeliac disease I did ask if they could do gluten free for breakfast, I was assured yes but actually the food like sausages, bacon was served on a piece of white bread. This makes it unsafe for me to eat as I have coeliac disease. The start said to just eat the top ones but I avoided those. The fruits and omelette were great though.
Review: Clean room and good service
Positive points: The check-in experience is very bad. The lights flash at night, which is very uncomfortable. There are so many mirrors that I sleep very poorly. There is also noisy music in the morning. The waiter in that cafeteria has a very bad attitude. Discrimination. The room is very old, and the bathroom is very slippery. At this price, this hotel is really not worth it.
