Review: Good location and staff but the property are not clean, a lot older than advertised photo, and very loud chicken sound from next door building overall room quality not so good.
Positive points: Very friendly staff and in a good location
Negative points: Bathroom was a little old and run down. Lots of mould around the bath tub.

Negative points: The reception can keep your luggage on the corridor where all clients of the hotel can walk. Sometimes the reception staff leave the reception... We didn’t feel safe to leave our luggage at the reception.

Negative points: The location is good but too noisy because it located along the busy street. There, we could not get a good sleep there.
Review: Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The location was unbeatable with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, including the well-maintained bathroom. The facilities were fantastic, especially the reliable Wi-Fi and efficient housekeeping service. The room size was just right for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend!
Positive points: Very clean and aesthetically pleasing, helpful and friendly guard and front desk (I even had a good chat with the students who were maintaining the place), COMPLETE amenities, walking distance from a lot of tourist places, near ATM, they have a weighing scale for your luggage, they accept card payment, water pressure and heater was very good, the have nice thick robes and towels also provided shampoo and body wash, internet was fine, easy to find by Grab drivers with a proper garage to stop (not like other streets which was so crowded), they also allowed to store our luggages prior to check-in and beyond check-out time which was very helpful. Thank you so much! 🩷

Negative points: The air conditioner in my first room, was not functioning, so we couldn't sleep, they provided us with fan but it's uncomfortable, the next morning they moved us to a better room
Review: First impression the staff is very nice and the location was amazing walkable to every place that’s is touristy like saigon post office and independence palace. The room is very clean muji like theme free water everyday live this hotel would definitely come back!

Cozy room, good service, convenient to go anywhere from the city center. Clearly design surrounding with plants and trees. The place didn't feel small despite how it looked
Some can be better: I spotted 2 mosquitoes in the room. The whole room is clean except for the basin's drain that needs more care
