Review: This beautiful hotel/serviced apartment is conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants, ATMs and convenience stores. The staff are extremely welcoming and always happy to help.
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable suitable for solo, family or group travels. The washer and dryer are a great bonus making it feel like home away from home. Shout out to the housekeepers who maintained our room daily. The recreational facilities are a great way to wind down - pool, sauna, gym, billiard table and a play area for kids. Their In-house dining is a must! Their food boasts a range of cuisines with local and western dishes - all of which were extremely delicious. Their breakfast buffet also offered variety with a daily changing menu. If we could've. I spent most of my stay dining in because their food and drinks were so delicious! I would highly recommend staying here! Well worth it and value for money. Thank you for making our first trip to Vietnam, a beautiful one Team! I will definitely be back. Cheers 😊

Positive points: We wanted to find somewhere for a base to experience a long stay in Ho Chi Minh City - we couldn't have found anywhere better than the Sherwood Suites. The room we booked was very large - two bedrooms and two bathrooms and we were able to cook full meals in the well equipped kitchen. As we wanted, it felt like a home from home and the support given by the very friendly staff just made it perfect. The pool and gym were of a good standard and the in house restaurant served very good food. Location was great - we could easily stroll out to museums, restaurants and shops and we only caught one taxi for the whole time we were there. It was a really lovely three weeks and we felt like we belonged by the time we had to leave.

Positive points: Amazing facilities, large pool, room with billiard table and foosball and a kids playroom. Rooms were spacious and had absolutely everything you’d need. Bathroom was large and bonus washing machine/dryer was excellent. Staff are excellent and everything is convenient. Will stay again.

Positive points: This was our first time staying at the Sherwood Suites Hotel. My husband and I took our daughters on a 7-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City and stayed in Room 203.

From the moment we reached out before our stay to the day we checked in, every staff member—from the front desk and restaurant staff to the doormen and security—was incredibly warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home in HCM.

Our executive suite was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, making it super convenient for us to take care of our little ones—just like at home.

The pool isn’t huge, but it has everything you need—a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even life jackets for kids to borrow. There’s also a kids’ corner right next to the pool, which was perfect for our little ones to play.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient! There’s a convenience store right across the street and a supermarket just around the corner. Our kids wanted to go there every night!

Oh, and the restaurant downstairs is delicious! We especially loved the pho and seafood chowder.

Aside from a few small maintenance issues—like a crack on the bathroom mirror and a bathtub stopper that needed multiple presses to work—everything else was amazing.

We truly miss our 7-day stay and can’t wait to come back!

Review: We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Suites. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Was perfect. Large , clean apartment with everything you need. Great facilities. The pool and gym were really good. Staff nice. 1 minute walk to supermarket,. About 15 minute walk into district 1, and a 5 minute walk to War Remnants. Museum. Highly recommend.

Positive points: Spacious lovely room. Walkable into the main town area and easy to get to the airport. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Positive points: Excellent hospitality from the staff who went out of their way to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We left early morning and when we checked out they had prepared breakfast for us to take with us.

Review: We stayed here twice so far, biggest rooms for the price. Great for large groups. Bigger than a house. Staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling, always willing to make sure you are taken care of. Will never stay anywhere else in HCMC. Recommend to everyone.

Positive points: This is the best hotel I've stayed in HCM city so far. Excellent value for the money. All employees are all nice and polite, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies and the staff of the pool.
The studio is spacious, luxurious, clean, modern and convenient.
Excellent location as well.

Positive points: The staff are warm and incredibly kind, the hotel is super clean, new and well appointed! The cleaning staff should be highly praised because cleanliness is a priority for when I book hotels and the rooms are fantastic! The pool and the sauna’s are amazing. The room service or poolside service has been absolutely delicious! The location is close enough to district one for some sightseeing! The Grab is affordable. Big thanks again to Minh, Thang, An, Hoang from the pool and Tri from the restaurant!

Review: Convenient location, few food places infront of the hotel. Hotel is very clean and staff are helpful and professional.

Positive points: Great location and rooms were large. We had the premier suite and it had a kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean. We stayed twice in HCM and weee glad we did. Room service food was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and efficient.
