The Concept Hotel HCMC - Premium

Review: I booked a 5-day stay at Concept Hotel, and today is my second day here. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location—convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and just a short distance from Ben Thanh Market.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with the air conditioner in my room, but as soon as I reported it, the staff responded quickly. A technician arrived immediately and fixed it efficiently. I really appreciate their prompt service and professionalism.

My stay has been comfortable, and I’m enjoying the convenience this hotel offers. I highly recommend Concept Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Positive points: The bed, the service

Review: Something was off with the hotel they seemed to have a sewer smell, I had friends staying in another room and they had a strong sewer smell as well. The lobby has a really strong sewer smell as well. Quite gross

Positive points: The location is great. The staff is next level. We arrived before check-in and they had a room that was just being cleaned. They allowed early check-in about 20 minutes. When we entered the room, it wasn’t the cleanest, but I was okay with it because they didn’t want us waiting too long for the room.

Review: I stayed at 3 location from this hotel . All staffs are nice. Good and clean hotel 10 /10 . Always and ready for help. Late check out for costomer who has kid when we has a late flight.
Specially. I forgot my laguage at hotel and the staffs help me to sent it to air port.thanks Ms Viann and Hugo with big help and support. Again Thank you so much with my appreciation 100% come back next year

Review: Nothing to complain about. Service teams are extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is new, rooms are clean, and comfortable. Beds are excellent. Convenient store is just downstairs. Reception young people can speak Chinese English and Vietnamese. 15 -20 minutes walking to all popular areas.

Review: The room is smaller than the photos that’s showed. The elevator is stop on 8th floor, which we have to use stairs to go up to our room on 9th floor. Other facilities are exceptional.
