Review: spent 3 nights there during new year eve, the bed itself is nice but staff doesn’t really speak english wasn’t very helpful. the male staff is friendly but other two female staff one of them is not very friendly or helpful. was trying to ask them if they can help me book a restaurant for a countdown party they have no clue. i used to stay at the M village Pham Ngu Lao the experience was amazing and staff very helpful compare to this one. also restroom the sink isn’t very clean. i made a mistake booking not knowing the hotel doesn’t have elevator and i stay on the 4th floors which was terrible to go up to my room everytime by stairs. also room is a bit small than what shown in the photos. i would recommend other branches, i’m not happy but the male staff is friendly

Review: I most enjoyed the clean and modern living quarters of this establishment. The staff were also pleasant, considerate and helpful.

Positive points: The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is great—convenient and central—though it stays lively and buzzing throughout the day, which may not suit everyone. The apartment was spotless, with everything in excellent condition, including the well-functioning air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the heat. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of toiletries being provided, and the gated premises felt very secure.

Positive points: Conveniently located in the center of one of the most bustling districts of HCM City. You can spend just 5 minutes walking around and find more than 100 stores, restaurants, coffee shops to enjoy. Also, the co-working space is cozy, especially in a rainy day.
Bonus: the auto-closing gate is funny.

Review: I did not provide my partner's cell phone number. Somehow they knew it after 1st call made when trying to call for attendant/housekeeper for checking-in at their Cuu Long property, they kept sending text messages to her cell phone. I felt they did not respect their customer's privacy.
