Review: Great location, right off the main street, easy access to shops and transport. Very easy to get into or out of the property in less than a min and be right in the middle of action. Staff was superb, laundry facilities were free and easy to use. Would love to stay here again
Positive points: Good location, friendly staff, laundry facility, water refills, good linens and towels
Negative points: No window!! Wet bathroom. No window!
Review: The location is pretty easy to find. It is good that it is not facing the main road and therefore less noisy. Walking distance to the heart of the city.
Positive points: Nice design of the room, spacious room, offers complementary water in reusable glass jar
Negative points: Poor hygiene standard in the bathroom, worn out mattress, live band in the basement coffee shop until 10 pm, no sound isolating windows to protect you from the roaring traffic noise of Dien Bien Phu. The pulldown curtain does not fit into the space to close it completely. For the money I paid, VND1,300,000 there are much better, cleaner and quieter options available.

Positive points: Interesting part of town, plenty of places to eat and visit.
Negative points: Felt like we were at a concert with live music directly below. Ok for party people but if you want some sleep it’s a no. Also not TV in room.

Positive points: Great location, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. We requested for extra pillows and they were able to provide them. Spacious room! They also gave great recos on where to eat. Responsive on whats app!
Negative points: I think the bathroom could have been a bit better. I think there was a plumbing issue and the toilet in the room my parents stayed in kind of smelled off, hopefully it was just a one time thing as the room me and my sister stayed in was great!

Positive points: The staffs are accomodating and tries their best to help us . Also the location is good, it has nice coffee shops around it.
Negative points: None so far. It is good for budget and would go for it next time.

Stayed for three nights as a solo traveller. Location is good, but the hotel's site is on a narrow lane so cars or vans won't be able to drive to the door you'll have to walk out to the main street.
Air-conditioning broke down on my 3rd day. Informed the staff on my way out and by the time I got back, it was fixed. But the next morning it broke again.
It's pretty noisy given that it's in a commercial area with cafes and restaurants. One morning at 8am I was woken up by sounds of loud drumming right outside my room. It continued on for 2 hours.
For the price, I don't have any real complaint. Spent most of my time out and about anyway, so I didn't miss not having a pool or a gym and other facilities etc. Thanks for the lovely service!

The bedsheet was damped and had musty smell.
Staff was not attended in the reception. U need to call when u arrive, it leads to difficulty for foreigners who doesnt have simcard. Located in the centre but inside the small road so taxi couldnt park in front of the hotel, u need to walk inside.
Review: The location is a little bit off the main road, car not able to enter the alley but still it is just a few steps walk from the main road. The room is decent with full amenities. However the noise from outside the door and the cafe nearby can be heard from the room. Otherwise it is location near a nice park for workout and a lot of cafes.
Positive points: I love the design and decor everything in the room. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable, soft and scented. The common room in the hotel is functional and convenient. they have free laundry, and some board game for entertainment.
Negative points: my room doesn't have TV and the hall doesn't have air-conditioning.
Review: I really enjoy my stay at M Village.
Positive points: Good location. Easy to go anywhere walking or on bike. Lots of cute local stores and eating options nearby. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Negative points: The property was pretty ideal. Perhaps only nitpick is that the AC was a bit loud. But not a deal breaker.
Review: We were unlucky because there was a construction nearby. The street nearby wasn't an issue. The only bad review i have is the toilet, theres a very foul smell most of the time.

Negative points: There needs to be a staff at the reception all the time (work hours).
