Positive points: Nice hotel in Saigon
Positive points: Thiên Tài Hotel's location was fantastic! It was just a 5-minute walk from where we needed to be, saving us time and hassle. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Despite not having a window, the air conditioning worked well, and the room felt well-ventilated. Both the single and double beds were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep on the mattress. The bathroom had a reasonable size, and basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo were provided.
Negative points: Check-in was a bit of a challenge due to a language barrier with the staff. Access to the parking level via the elevator required a room card, which wasn't clearly communicated, causing me inconvenience when trying to leave early. The check-out process was also a bit abrupt we received a phone call asking if we were checking out, which ended abruptly after we confirmed our 12:00 PM departure. More professional communication would be beneficial.
Positive points: I am from England so we have a very high standard. hotel was very clean. and cleaning staff was always there to clean rooms. and rooms are a good size and bed was always change I think this hotel was good value for money. staff was also good if and when I come again I would not hesitate to come back

Positive points: Rude behavior of staff, the man who speaks English in reception, too much attitude, I think he holds passport, he doesn't know the value of passport . Really stupid staff.
Positive points:
Location was great because it is close enough to walk and far enough away so it is quieter than the main tourist area (Bui Vien st ) Co-op super market over the road. And eating areas are also close.

Positive points: Good location, great staff, motorbike parking. Good value for location.
Negative points: No furniture on balcony. ‘landmark view’ would take an intricate system of periscopes and telescopes. Must of ‘city view’ from balcony was actually the hotel sign.

Review: I come to check in at 2 pm as usual and the hotel tells me I have to wait to 6 pm because they rented my room out to someone else until then.
Positive points: The staff were super friendly, amazingly new room with great furniture/water/internet. Location was great too I loved my stay.
Negative points: No it was all great!

Khách sạn thuận tiện đi lại, an ninh tốt, cũng khá sạch.
Ks lấy ảnh chụp có ban công chèn cùng vào ảnh của loại phòng tiêu chuẩn (không ban công, không cửa sổ). Đến khi mình nhận phòng thấy khác thì nói do trên agoda để không đúng hình. Bù thêm 60k để đổi qua phòng có cửa sổ.
Trả phòng trễ sau 3h tính giá 1 đêm, do mình đi tiệc về trả trễ 13 phút (có nhắn tin nói trước lễ tân mong cho trễ 1 tí nhưng không thấy trả lời). Mình có nói mong thông cảm, nhưng vẫn không được nói là quy định công ty. Mình biết là quy định, nhưng trả trễ 13 phút tính qua 1 ngày, yêu cầu mình bù thêm 200k nữa (trả đúng tiền của 1 đêm là 600k thay vì trả trễ 3 giờ sẽ tính 400k) mình thấy hơi không thích ở khoản này. Nên sẽ không quay lại đây
