Review: Very good hotel 👍👍👍
Positive points: The hotel was decent but lacked anything special to make it stand out. On the positive side, it was fairly clean, which is always appreciated. However, there wasn't much else to praise. Overall, it’s an average place for a short stay if cleanliness is your main priority
Negative points:
Our experience at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff were not very friendly and struggled with English, making communication difficult. The internet in the room was terrible, which meant I couldn’t work. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff accidentally wrapped my daughter’s toy in the sheets and almost lost it. We couldn’t even use the door sign to indicate ‘no cleaning’ because it didn’t match our room.
Breakfast was subpar, with leftovers that weren’t fresh. The location was also inconvenient, with very few restaurants nearby. The only highlight was a church 3 minutes away, which provided a nice spot for photos. Thankfully, we only stayed for two nights—wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay
Review: I put the sign said NO INTERRUPTION. Because don’t want anyone touch my belonging while I stay. But still staff went in my room and leave my room UNLOCK.
Positive points: It is situated between the modern city and the older town
Negative points: There were occasional water drips in the bathroom ceiling
Review: The female staff at the reception counter welcomes guests in an unwelcoming, unfriendly manner with a cold expression. On the contrary, male staff are happy and enthusiastic with customers. In addition, housekeeping staff and security guards complete their duties well.

When I had misplaced and lost an item when departing, their staff helped me to find it. I'm very grateful for that.
I'd actually stayed here for 6 nights previously on the company's bill, but paid for an extra night out of my own pocket before moving to my next destination. Totally worth doing just for a having a good night out in Saigon after a hard week's work.
It is not the newest and most luxurious of hotels, but they do a decent local style breakfast and it's in a great location right in between D1 and D3.
That means there's loads of places to go within walking distance Saigon book store street, plenty of nice cafés in the nearby alleys, a fantastic Belgian beer place and a Michelin guide featured Pho restaurant just around the corner and much more.
Positive points: Friendly staff. Very clean room, toiletries provided. Many shops nearby.
Negative points: Toilet sprinkler was leaking.
