Positive points: Nothing to complain. I think the other residents see to work as a secondment from overseas, which can indicate the excellence of this facility

Review: A great quality, service and connivence facility. They used to have breakfast and afternoon tea which we enjoyed a lot. There are other places with comparable quality and services for 20% less cost but this is our home away from home when we are in Ho Chi Minh city

Positive points: Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartments with everything. Great facilities with pool, sauna, games room and restaurant. Staff were fantastic. Only 20 minutes walk downtown. Loved it, would definitely stay there again.

Review: Clean rooms with facilities for kids.

Positive points: The 3 bedroom apartment meant the teens had their own rooms (which they greatly appreciated after sharing for 2 weeks previously), the kitchen enabled us to cook some meals, and the washer/dryer was a god send! The apartment was really spacious, comfortable & clean - excellent value for money! Would gladly stay here again!

Review: The apartment quite ageing.

Positive points: Modern building with clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of amenities, the kids loved the pool and games room while we spent time in the gym. Food at the restaurant and ordering room service was delicious.

Review: I stayed in three bedroom apartment with my big family. It is spacious and clean. Also it has good facilities like separate kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer which is so useful for my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Review: Staff are friendly and willing to help when asked. The facilities and services are excellent. The Hotel is closed to good local restaurants and markets. We all enjoyed the stay at the Sherwood Residence. Will definitely come back when we visit HCM City, Vietnam again. Thank you.

Review: Excellent value for money with very clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, and the facilities are good overall. We can cook real meals and do laundry. A solid choice for families with young children

Positive points: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Daily cleaning was appreciated. We loved the pool and the kids loved the pool table and games rooms.

Review: It was the best place we stayed with our families and friends. Very Clean and tidy, they speak English well enough. Always smiling.. If there was a star more than 5, I would have given it to them.

Positive points: Was an excellent property overall and had all of the amenities you need. We were also upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite. The shuttle service that they operate is very useful to get to Ben Tanh market. There is also a large supermarket store just behind the property if you need basic food/items for your stay.
