Review: Good location. Room is small but clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is ok

Positive points: We booked this room over purchasing access to the airport lounge, so only used for a few hours and cannot comment on breakfast etc. Small room but it was comfortable for our brief stay to freshen up and relax before our flight.

Review: Decent budget friendly stay if you are looking for a budget hotel in Ho Chi Minh. It is situated in district 3, so district 1 is nearby and the area is pretty good. The staff is friendly and i liked their iced coffees . Would recommend.

Review: Hotel is near many good food spots and short ride to hot spots. However, the facility is outdated. Our room door was wrapped and not closed fully. We could hear every noise from the hall way due to the gap. But the worse part is the sewage smell. We got sick after the first night and allergies after that. The owner was responsive when we raised the issue about sewage smell but they weren't able to resolve due to recent rains that had cause their sewer to back up. We really liked the location and staff responsiveness but our overall experience and value weren't measured up to the price and expectation.
