Review: Little bit out the way from most attractions however it’s quite easy and cheap to get around in the city. Located in district 3 in a residential neighborhood the hotel have decent amenities and friendly staffs

Positive points: While not in the centre of the city step out the door and you are in real Vietnam. We loved walking past the school and being waved at by the children. Use the Grab app (local Uber) to get a cab into the historic centre. Room was v large with kitchen, lounge area and a washing machine.

Review: Buffet Brekky is a choice from a menu-made to serve. Staff are very accommodating.
Very clean
We had a huge 2bed, 2bathroom apartment for an ok price.
No English channels, so if you have kids bring the games and iPad for rainy day entertainment.
Washer and dryer use available at no cost, which was a blessing with 2kids in tow.
Staff were happy to store our bags for the 3 days we were at Da Nang.

Plenty of shops around for groceries. Reception are happy to assist.
We didn’t make it to the pool as we were only there for 2days.
They also have a sauna and steam room.

We had a late eve flight, so extended our stay by a 1/2 day at the hotel at, which was a bit pricey as they didn’t offer us the 600vnd day stay, but the 2.4mil vnd room at 1/2 price.
If we do go back to Ho Chi Minh, we would stay there if the price is good.

Positive points: Good value for money apartments with decent facilities for the price. Rooms are comfortable with all essential amenities.Breakfast is very basic but meets the needs. Central location in District 3.

Review: I stayed in the bigger room by myself from 18 dec til 24 dec. On the third night, I experienced some paranormal activities. Room was spooky at night. I changed to another hotel afterwards.

Positive points: Quiet location.

Review: Unable to reach the destination due to visas not granted by immigration department of Vietnam due to tet/lunar year 2025. Requested property to postpone my travel dates. They neither responded to me nor to agoda customers care.

Positive points: The room was very well equipped and comfortable, kitchen was great , all the cooking utensils you need. The room was clean and very modern, the bed is firm not hard but definitely not soft. The staff were very professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place!

Review: The room is spacious and clean. Towels are clean though they are old. The shower area is bad. The shower water will flow out of the cubicle and the whole toilet is wet after shower. The shower water is not hot and just lukewarm only.

Positive points: Clean, modern, spacious for a family of 4 and a good quiet location in a less touristy, more authentic location.

4.They have laundry and parking in Basement,which is free for hotel guests.
5.Staff is very polite and helpful.
Cons
1.The apartment are in District 3 and the roads in D3 are heavy with traffic.
2.The school next to hotel is having noise during daytime,night time its quiet.

Positive points: The bed is comfortable, the rooms are quite spacious, they have Wi-Fi, there are utensils inside the room eg microwave, stove, plates and cutlery etc. even a washing machine so we managed to do our laundry. They do daily cleaning. There is a swimming pool, steam room and sauna but we did t make use of it. The reception lady also assisted with organising a tour for us which was superb. There is a small grocery store on the same road about 1 minute walk which is convenient.
