Review: Chị chủ siêu dễ thương & dễ tánh. Phòng sạch đẹp tiện nghi. Điểm hơi bất tiện xíu là không có thang máy. Nhưng nói chung là đáng tiền. Recommend

Great spot with nice unique rooms.
Staff were amazing and helped with me getting in super late & always were accommodating.
Location 5/5: 500m from war museum, gym down the street, lots to walk to for food (lots of vegan options) and many other tourist attractions very close by.
I will return here for sure!

Negative points: It is good basic accommodation. Don’t expect luxury but it is worth what you pay.
Review: The room here is clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with a self-check-in service available, and flexible hours. ESPECIALLY, the owner is very sweet. If anyone is still hesitant, book quickly here, because the rooms get fully booked fast since it's so great 🥹❤️🔥.
Positive points: Staff were nice, but when clock hits 11 at night the water pump starts. And oh my god the walls start shaking and the sound is unbelievably loud. Got 2 hours of sleep. This hotel is not for sleeping.
Negative points: Loud water pump makes hotel shake.

Review: This spot was ideal for me. It's a nice big room down a quiet lane. 72 stairs up to my room, so ask for a low floor if that's a problem. I plan to stay again on my next visit.
Review: We stayed on the top floor which was 6 floors up. The host is very helpful and nice, she contacted us in advance to make sure we were happy with all the stairs. Nice view and clean room with airconditioner perfect for the hot days

Review: Good value for money. Walking distance (15 minutes) to War Remnants museum but not many restaurants to suit our needs in the area.
Positive points: The property was quite well positioned.
Negative points: I arrived at 10:30 pm. It was a hot night and the room was very hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work at 1 am. I had to open the window and listen to water dripping all night air-conditioners fromadjoining buildings. Even a fan would’ve been good. I just couldn’t relax in the room so I left. Found another hotel for seven dollars more per night which is exceptional value for money.

Review: The booking system of the apartment was very confusing and I had to cancel it
Positive points: Moka was extremely kind and attentive. We sampled the fruit she sells and bought some to enjoy for breakfast. We found the location ideal for walking to markets, palace, war museum, wharf etc.
