Review: Clean budget room. You will need to use rideshare to get to tourist destinations. Local restaurants within walking distance med was extremely hard, probably the hardest mattress I’ve slept on in 2 months in SEA. Staff was friendly.
Positive points: Good for location (near eat & drink places, city center, airport)
Negative points: Everything was good but a little bit noisy AC and sound isolation with next room/outside seemed not working.

The AC is too weak that needed a stand-fan to supporting blowing away the hot air inside the room.
There's no ventilation in restroom that bad smell stayed around !
Too slow elevator.
Negative points: TV didn’t work
Review: The room is fine, the bathroom is clean, the price is quite cheap for being in the center, both the staff and the owner are friendly, the only downside is the sound insulation is zero, I read the reviews so I was prepared for this.
