Review: I stayed at the Royal Riverside for 3 nights. Hotel was excellent and staff very friendly. It is located about a 10 minute walk by the river to the main sites in Hoi An, which I appreciated since it keeps a bit of distance from the party and is located in a quiet zone by the river.

Review: Highly recommend staying here, the staff have been so lovely and welcoming! Would happily come back! They even left us a beautiful folded towel display for our arrival, bikes were available for free also

Review: This is a really lovely hotel. The pool was cool despite the hot weather. Rooms are great. Great views of the river from the room with a small balcony. Breakfast had good variety. Staff are lovely. Recommend staying here. Just a ten minute walk along the river to old town and the night markets. Not noisy. ATM a 5 min walk away. Would come back here again.

Positive points: The staff! What fantastic, friendly, helpful people. Everyone of them, smiling and helpful. They made our 20 night stay unforgettable. Complementary bicycles were a brilliant extra. We used them a lot.

Positive points: Good location (5/10 minutes walk into town) and food. The staff were exceptional and could not have done more to make our stay any more enjoyable. Hotel staff in most parts of the world could learn a lot from these young men and women.
