Positive points: Lovely small hotel with a very comfortable room, great service and an excellent location. I would love to stay here again.

Positive points: Quiet and cozy hotel that is only a short walk to the ancient town. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. The room was comfortable and there are some drinks in the minibar (water, coca cola and beer).

Positive points: Great location, very close to the ancient town but far enough away from the noise. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We felt very welcomed during our stay.
Negative points:
Walls are very thin to the point of hearing next door neighbours’ conversations clearly (rooms all have shared doors) so it didn’t feel very private.
Room cleanliness could be checked better prior to guest check in, but this was easily and promptly resolved when brought up with staff.
Positive points: Lovely location (close to old quarter but peaceful), nicely decorated, modern, and very clean. Great shower pressure. Nice swimming pool for warmer weather. Friendly staff. Free bicycle hire. We would definitely come back. Really enjoyed our stay!!
Negative points: Possibly a few more breakfast choices. Pillows could be a bit less plump, but this is something we have found at every hotel in Vietnam.
