Positive points: Fantastic property close to ancient town but not too close. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Our room was exceptionally great value and being on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the pool was nice.
This place is truly beautiful and I would happily stay here again.
The included breakfast was great and the place was so clean with the staff attentive to every need.

Review: Fantastic location and near enough to walk to the ancient town area. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pool looked lovely but it was too cold to swim while we were there. Spa was also very good and I had a great massage during my stay.

Review: All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. They provide very good breakfast as well. It's only 10 mins walking distance from the old town.
I will stay again when I come back to Hoi An!

Positive points: Everything was excellent: the receptionists were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly all the staff in the hotel looked professional and were all extremely polite the massages at the spa were excellent and the spa was very clean the pool was probably the best I have seen during my trip around Vietnam and finally the breakfast buffet was excellent

Review: We a family of 3, had a very nice and comfortable stay at Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel and Spa. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Great Location and good rooms. Need more options for breakfast. The staff gave us decent options for vegetarian too. Great time. will go back again.
