Review: Though the hotel is located a little away from Hoi An city centre, it's the friendly, helpful and cheerful staff that made the stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Review: Rooms are a little small but for the price it’s great. Room and bathroom are clean. Cost us around $50aud per room. Bed was comfy.

Positive points: Modern, stylish hotel with fantastic staff within 10 min walk of central Hoi An. A good base to explore the town, with decent facilities (pool area is nice albeit overlooked by all the rooms), great breakfast, awesome service, and a fantastic rooftop bar.

Review: Location is about 15mins walk to Hoi An Old Street where all the tailor shops. About 5mins grab bike ride away.

The staff here are very pleasant, sweet and helpful. They made the stay here a breeze. They even give you a call to ask if you’re coming for breakfast if they realize you’re not there and breakfast is ending. Service is 10/10.

Rooms here are tiny and it’ll be quite a squeeze to open 2 full luggage in the room. Overall, a good and reasonable stay. (Met a tour guide during at Hoi An Old Street and she mentioned that this hotel is a pretty good one to stay at - she’s been here 19 times, so I guess it’s a good choice!)

Positive points: Everything. The hotel is in a great location, next to the ancient city, shops and restaurants. Big, very clean room with many utilities. The staff is just amazing. The reception staff and more specifically Chloe, made our stay very pleasant (thank you Chloe!). We also used the spa which was a relaxing experience.

Review: My stay at this hotel in Hoi An was absolutely unforgettable! The highlight of my trip was the amazing surprise from the staff at breakfast on my birthday—a beautiful and delicious cake, heartfelt singing, and the warmest birthday wishes. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that made my day so special.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a separate vegetarian menu that went above and beyond. The Vietnamese coffee was my personal favorite! Every interaction with the staff was warm and kind, making me feel so welcomed.

The Vietnamese massage at the in-house spa was incredibly relaxing, and the airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless and hassle-free. Loved every bit of my experience here—it made my birthday truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Special mention of Susan, who was helpful and nice, and shared excellent travel and food recommendations. The close proximity to the Ancient Town was a definite plus. Would recommend highly.
