-super clean
- best buffet breakfast - enjoy and love it!
-staff are accomodating and approachable.
- nice location, walking distance to night market
-i love the view at our room balcony.
-will go back and stay here longer.

Great location and very helpful staff.
Rooms especially the shower were fabulous.
Negative points: Nothing. Shame the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool.

Positive points: great location easy walk to the river cute local market across the road and central market about a 12 minute walk. bright rooms great water pressure in shower
Negative points: the fitness center treadmill wasn’t working correctly no balls to stretch on a few more hand weights would be useful. the room could use independent reading lights better light switches. a towel rail for hanging and drying things. but all really very nice i sill return
Review: Amazing staff!
Positive points: The staff was accommodating. Our noisy room was changed to a quieter room. The location is a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

Positive points: Very nice staff, welcoming us and recommended few places to us. Provided a map for exploring nearby. It's near to Hoi An old town and night market, just a walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Review: Third visit. The staff cannot do enough to help. Extremely friendly. Close walking distance to Old Town in Hoian.
Negative points:
1. The dragging of the chair from upper floor can be heard and is annoying.
2. Vietnam has good coffee but this hotel’s coffee is terrible. They provide sachets of Nescafé and the coffee at breakfast is bland.
Review: Reception and staff all provide good service. Location is close to old town able to walk to place of interest.
Positive points: Good location. Breakfast good. Staff very good.
Negative points: Quality of towels poor. Noisy guests. Pillows too bulky. Quilt on bed too much even with aircon on. Room was meant to have a view.

Repairs happening during our stay, so a bit noisy.
On-site pool is not much, but the off-site on the beach is great!
Positive points: Staff wonderful, room was lovely, breakfast was great value. 2 pools, happy hour 4-6 buy 1 get one free. 2 min walk to old town, close walking distance to night markets, river, restaurants & coffee shops. Easy access for transport & grab. Even the sky's gave us a great view. We loved our stay & would certainly recommend. Thank you Silkotel for making our stay that little bit more special ❤️
Negative points: Mattress was a little firm for my liking and could do with a mattress topper, but it was not an issue.
Review: Do not choose the big room the air corn is not cold enough !! We ended up 4 of us spent most time in one room

Great location, very nice room (deluxe room with balcony and garden view), kind staff, great services including spa, 2 swimming pools, free shuttle bus to their own beach club with great beach and swimming pool and so on

Positive points: Everything! Food great, bed and pillows so comfy, 2 pools...they even bring you your cocktails to the pool side. Our favorite staff were Trinh, Âna and a young lass with glasses. They always had a smile and joke to share. They truly made our stay even more welcoming 🙏 ☺️ 💕
