Hoi An Ti Hon House

Positive points: Thank you for this site. Place to relax, everything is beautiful, clean, they take care of every detail. My room was perfect, with a balcony where you could see the sunrise and the sunset. They have a beautiful pool and a spa area where you can get massages and beauty treatments. There are two wonderful women who are waiting for you for any need. They have a great breakfast and a la carte! The location is perfect, a quiet area but at the same time you are next to the old town. I recommend it without hesitation, thank you for giving me the best accommodation I could receive...

Positive points: The host is so lovely and helpful. She helped us to book cooking class, yoga, bike rental and onward travel tickets via taxi and bus. The breakfast each morning was delicious including fresh fruits each morning and on arrival. The rooms were clean and the interiors were lovely. It's just a short walk into the old town and lots of nice coffee shops a stones throw away. The dinner recommendations she provided were excellent. Highly recommend!

Positive points: Gorgeous rooms and ambiance, great location, rural outlook at the rear but only about 20 mins walk to old town. We hired bikes for our last day and really wished we’d had them for every day as we could zip about quicker then cars. We cycled to the beach in about 20 mins.

The host is so helpful and really goes out of her way to make your stay easier with lots of recommendations, booking activities and taxis at great prices - for example she made sure our coconut boat trip was a quieter version than the tour groups offer.

The breakfast is great and the mangoes were the sweetest we’ve had in se asia.

Positive points: The house is very nice and the owner also.
We stayed there during the Trami Typhoon and the hote was very kind and caring.
I highly recommend it also because of the confort of the beds and rooms.

Positive points: Our family of 7 loved everything about this property. The owners of the property were amazing and went and above and beyond with their care and generosity. My son was sick for a couple of days during our stay and they helped him out. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the main part of town (9 minutes) and an even shorter taxi ride. The home is quietly tucked away from the main road which made it quite peaceful. The rooms were big and very clean. The pool was great and was a hit with the kids. Each morning the property owners give you the choice to have breakfast in the accommodation or go out with them to local restaurants. Eating out with the owners was an absolute highlight. We cannot speak highly enough not this accommodation and would definitely recommend this place.

Positive points: I am not exaggerating when I say that this place is incredible! The beautiful interior would have made the stay memorable on its own, but then Hiens amazing hospitality ensured that it was so special and unforgettable. The room is lovely: all the modern touches needed whilst still retaining an authentic feel with beautiful vintage furniture. The view from our shower over the fields was wonderful!
We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay another day. This meant that we were able to make use of the mini spa that is set up at the back of the property. The massage was amazing, and in a beautiful setting.
On one day we had breakfast with the hosts at a local vegetarian Pho place which was a real highlight. It was great to be shown the culture and food by people who are from here! They both are so lovely and were great to chat to.
I can’t recommend this place enough - my praises for them are high! If I’m ever back in Hoi An I’ll be sure to get in contact with this lovely couple. Thank you both!

Positive points: Fabulous stay at Hoi An Ti Hon house. Beautifully appointed, great beds and even better host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the host really did make it with taking us out to enjoy local specialities for breakfast rather than the standard hotel breakfast. All recommendations for local restaurants provided were perfect.

Review: Location is about 800m from centre which is quite good 7min walk , host is super helpful and will help with anything you ask for . She even gave us names of restaurants run by family business and local food . She even booked us cooking classes and coconut village ride . Place is super clean and with internal private pool . The best i have been in vietnam so far . Couldn't ask for more 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Review: Such a beautiful small hotel located in a peaceful corner of Hoi An and with a great attention to detail. The staff was very attentive to any needs or requests. The breakfast was amazing too.

Positive points: This was the best stay of our trip. The room was spacious with big comfortable beds and stylish bathroom. The whole place was lovely with a great location and step away from the bustle and walk
to the old town but actually in a local neighbourhood. The pool was perfect to cool down and catch the breeze as well as private. You could choose breakfast on site cooked for you or to go out with the host. Going out to eat with Hien for Ban Mi Op La was a highlight. She also sent us a number of great food and shopping recommendations and arranged a number of tours for us. It was a wonderful stay.

Positive points: The central pool was amazing and refreshing after a long, hot day out. The breakfast was delicious and the spa treatments were fantastic. Great place to stay as a larger group.
