Review: Walking distance from Hoi A night market. 5 star amenities.

Positive points: Location, design, gardens, pools and set-up

Review: We stayed for 3 nights and initially we were worried when we read reviews about the noise from the iron bridge, but thankfully our room came with soundproof windows and we didn’t hear anything! The room was clean, spacious and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast spread and also tried having dinner at The Soul Restaurant, the food was affordable and delicious!

Overall, we had a great time and would come back again!

Review: This is a well located hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: The rivertown resort was wonderful! The location was very close to restaurants and shops, but on the edge of the town so it was quiet. The view of the river was amazing. The room was modern and clean. The staff were excellent! They helped us book our activities and assisted us with our every need. The buffet breakfast was delicious too. The resort also had 2 gorgeous pools. It has everything you need.

Review: Ideally located beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast Staff extremely friendly throughout hotel.
Only criticisms include the noise (neighbours noisy until well past 11pm, noisy corridors which is standard normal for most hotels, noisy bridge in spite of quadruple glazing), no Netflix/YouTube and an unexciting bar (which shuts at 10pm)

Positive points: Walking distance from the heart of Old Town. The helpfulness of staff, and the size of the room and availability of drinking water. The massage spa was amazing. Very effective masseuse’s.

Review: Had a great stay . Food was the best in all our 3 stays in Vietnam. Staff was amazing. Grounds were immaculate. Pool was great size for those who swim laps on a regular basis and very clean . (A few degrees too cold) Overall, would stay again!!

Review: A 10 minute walk into the old town which we liked, as we were in a quieter location. Would stay again, staff very helpful and friendly (as most Vietnamese people are!) . Small gym but enough for what we wanted. 2 pools. Lovely garden areas. Just right for the price.

Review: Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom feels like you are staying in a more expensive hotel! The beds are comfortable and good quality bedding. The breakfast was delicious - lots of choice for all different palates. There are 2 pools - one for families and one for more relaxing. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. You are close to the old town and can use the free bikes if needed otherwise it is a 15 minute walk. The hotel though is very quiet - especially on the “town view” side. The balconies were nice to sit on and relax in the day and evening as they are shaded. The staff are so nice and so helpful. They are always there to assist you. They provided helpful tips to get around, talked to you about the food at breakfast, were so pleasant and kind. The other thing I really like about this hotel is that they have free water dispensers around the hotel so you don’t have to keep buying plastic bottles. This is a great idea. I would book this hotel again as it is a really nice place, not too far from the old town and the facilities and breakfast were great.

Review: During our travels across Vietnam, we stayed at five different hotels, and this one was by far our favourite. Our room was well equipped and spotless, but what truly set this hotel apart was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their recommendations made our trip even more memorable!

A handy tip: The hotel offers laundry services both by the kilo (cash only) and per garment (credit cards accepted).
