Tran Family Villas Boutique Hotel

Review: Very hospitable owner family which is helpful in any way. Nice pool and location near bustling old town. Pool is a nice addition. Good sized rooms and bath everything is newish and well maintained.

Positive points: Located close to the old quarter so can walk there quite easily. Room was very clean and so was the pool area.

Review: The name of this hotel sounds more fancy than what it actually is. It is like a hostel to me, alright for that budget

Review: I have stayed in these Villas for a Night. The price compared to the Hotels in Myke beach Danag is high with with less facilities. Break fast is only one item from their limited menu. Where as Danang 3 star hotel offers better buffet breakfast with fruits, cereals, breads along with Vietnamese cuisine. Location is remote. There may be better places . It is operated by a family with family members. Over all not worth.

Positive points: Great location and everyone was so lovely. They were very accommodating and considerate.

Review: Lovely big room, big bathroom nice hot shower, fridge and air con good, nice seating area outside our room, the bed was a foam mattress which I didn't like, but still slept ok, nice and quiet there

Positive points: The staff were so friendly, they gave us mangos from the mango tree for us to eat in the mornings, we had fresh towels and bottles of water everyday, there was also a really cheap shop just a 10 second walk from the hotel that sold cheap water and snacks.

Review: Short walk to town. They cleaned every day without us asking. Spacious room. Nice courtyard. Very friendly

Positive points: For breakfast, you have your choice of about 10 different items, displayed on a menu at the front desk, for an extra charge - well worth the price. I was 12 minutes walk from the main shopping street, Hoi An museum, the lantern boats and the Night Market. The pool at Tran Family Villas was clean and cooling after a long day walking about. The room was very large, the private ensuite bathroom modern and very clean, all for the same or less money than staying in a private room at a hostel.

Positive points: The rooms were really spacious and you can get fresh orange juice from the kitchen at any time and they will bring it to your room (25,000VMD). The staff are super friendly and helpful!
