Review: Really nice family who run the homestay

Review: The owner is really nice and friendly, i ask them if i can do the check in at dawn, they said yes, and they really wait for us 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
And after check out, we can store our luggage in the homestay for free, they even offer us place to wait and shower ✨
The room is as shown in the picture 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Review: SamSam HomeStay was very basic, but a good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good for accessing the area. Rooms were small, but we weren't there to spend time in the room. They had air conditioning which was important because we were there during a heat wave. It was a great value for the money.

Review: Just two streets away from the old town and hidden down a little alley, this was a fantastic little homestay. The matron, Linda, was an absolute gem and gave great recommendations and just made my stay as best as it could be. A fantastic place to retire to after massive days in Hoi An!

Review: They only have one room as shown in the photos, but their other rooms have a terrible structure. They practically trick people by putting up photos of the one or two good rooms and then ask guests to adjust or put them in another room.
We booked for 3 nights since we didn't want to move often and the moment we checked in after a long sales pitch she said they dont have the room we booked and whether we will adjust with another room for a night, since its Tet and we reached late we said lets adjust and help them for a night. We booked a room with a window looking out, they put us in a dinghy room with a window that opens only to the passage. The lady at the counter said tomorrow we will get you a better room and maybe one with a balcony if possible. But the next day morning they showed us a room with a Window thats about 6 foot high and opens onto the stairs. It was clearly not the room we paid for. When we asked them to put us in the room we booked the lady said "We are full" the same thing she said the previous day. She said the guest has been staying in the room we booked for long and she didn't have the room we booked available. When discussing that is an issue and asking them to solve the guy at the place comes around and says you can contact agoda and ask them to cancel the remaining 2 days straight away without trying to find any solution. So eventually early in the morning we had to find a new room to move into.

Review: This was 500 m from the main bridge so you really don’t need to rent a pushbike
Linda is really friendly and can get you anywhere or anything you need
They greet you when you walk in and out .

Review: 베트남 2주여행 하면서 도시를 4군데를 옮겨다녔는데 그중 최고의 숙소
다른 3군데 숙소보다 여기가 제일 저렴하고 체크인때 벽에 붙어있는 왕바퀴를 봐서 체념한체 입장했으나 3박4일동안 벌레 한마리 안나옴
호스트가 매우 친절하시고 항상 웃으며 응대해주셔서 감사했음
1층 로비에서 주무시던데 우리가 밤 늦게 들어오고 돌아다녀서 그때마다 죄송했음ㅠㅠ
