Khong Cam Garden Villas

Review: Would be a nice place to rent out the whole villa for a family party or get together with friends. Facilities (pool, kitchen, balconies) are all suitable for parties.

Positive points: The staff and service. Duong is very committed to staff satisfaction and is happy and friendly. She knows her job and what her patrons want. She is also trustworthy and safe…. There were a couple of times we could have easily been taken for a ride but all services were provided as agreed to a high standard. I would definitely come back here again.

Review: Location is very good, very close to the Hoian night market. There is a winmart (7-11) just next to the hotel. The hotel is clean. But there is one thing that might not good for older which is there is no lift for this hotel. Overall, the service and location is superb! We are enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Positive points: We stayed 3 nights, the total experience was great.
Our transfer from Da nang airport to the hotel was arranged by Ms. Hieu, all went smooth and fast.
Room was very clean and of great dimension, bright and comfy.
Bathroom very clean as well.
Breakfast was a la carte, but was possible to order few items for one pax.

Review: Well organized apartments, with big spaces at the rooms. Really close from the center. Big advantage the fact that the girl running the business is speaking good English and has everything prepared for you.

Positive points: Smooth check-in process, amazing activity selection as well as lovely breakfast every morning. The room itself was clean and spacious. Staff was available 24/7 in case of questions.

Review: Very clean and excellent service

Positive points: Staff were so polite, friendly and accommodating. They gave great recommendations for food and activities cannot fault it. The breakfast was fair, utilised local vendors to bring the food in for breakfast. The pool was refreshing after a long day in the old town. Spacious rooms.

Positive points: Great friendly staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Organised our pick up and drop off from Da Nang which was cheaper than a grab. Also organised a motorbike which was delivered to the front of the hotel. We stayed in room 103 which was nice and big and very comfortable. Fresh breakfast made each morning. Also in a great location walking distance to old city Hoi An.

Review: If you wanna go to Hoi An, this hotel is the good choice. Near attractions and easy to find anything you need to stay and trip. Staff is so helpful and friendly.

Positive points: Staying here was like staying with family - it's not luxury but its a decent place to stay. There were improvements needed to the room but the staff were nice and accommodating. Location was in a quieter end of the street but easy to walk every where to explore.

Review: Nice little property 900 m from the ancient town Hoi An which makes it very convenient if you want to walk the distance (about 9 min). Very clean, modern rooms and extremely helpful staff. Little swimming pool in from of the property. Keep in mind the following: only few rooms are front facing (to the street). The side facing rooms are quite tricky because at least the right side (as u face the entrance) faces to a wall less than 50cm apart so u have absolutely no view and very little light. Also have in mind that breakfast is very basic (inadequate in my opinion) as you have only one option of food (yoghurt with fruit or noodles etc) and one option of drinks (orange juice OR coffee etc) which is a minus. U have to preorder the previous day. In my case (1 person) they kindly offered me 2 plates choice because the booking was for 2 person room. Ground floor plus 2 floors, no elevator. My opinion: nice option for one night to visit ancient town but not more, mainly because of the poor breakfast.

Positive points: Cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough.
Lovely clean hotel, the best shower/bath we’ve had in 2.5 weeks in Vietnam so far! Location is great, it’s not too busy and only a very short walk to ancient town. Breakfast is good. The staff cannot help you enough… from extra coffee to booking flights (and more) as they were more concerned we may not get seats in time for NYE! Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

Review: The villa is clean, friendly, and cheerful, making me feel comfortable as if I were at home with loved ones. I stayed here in 2019 and returned in 2022 if I come back to Hoi An next time, I still want to stay here.

Positive points: Loved the place! The room has an enormous bed and fluffy pillows. Duong was an amazing host and felt I was so welcomed at the accommodation. You also have the possibility to book different trips, buses etc at the accommodation. The breakfast was great, you'll have different options. It's located a walk away from Hoi An's Old Town, which is incredible. Definitely recommend!
