Positive points: Hosts: lovely and kind, very helpful with every question I had, organised transportation to Da Nang airport for me and it was no issue to prolong my stay at the homestay for a couple nights

Location: about 10min walk from the old town, perfect distance for quiet nights and still being close to all the tourist attractions.

Room & en suite bathroom: very clean and spacious, bed is comfy

Review: My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We absolutely loved our stay and it was perfect from start to finish. It is a husband and wife owned homestay and they both go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have the best experience in Hoi An. The homestay felt like home and somewhere to rest that feels safe and comfortable. The dog is also very very cute and always is up for a cuddle.
It is worth paying for the breakfast as they have excellent options with healthy choices and yummy drinks.
Rooms are extremely clean and the homestay is situated in a quiet area but very close to the old town (10 minute walk). We highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An to stay here! You can also rent bicycle for free !

Review: Lovely hosts, great rooms and tasty breakfast!

Positive points: This property is amazing. The lovely owner and his wife are so kind and speak really good English, as soon as we got there we got information about hoi an, where to eat and told about local scams. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from walking street with the lantern boats. Rooms were clean and comfortable and I slept well every night. Thank you.

Review: I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and included a fridge. Photos online are well representative of the room. The couple who owns this location are very sweet and welcoming. Their little poodle was the cherry on top!

The hosts are amazing, help with everything from recommendations for custom clothes, tours, onward travel, laundry etc. but they go the extra mile. I was brought to my bus so I didn’t have to walk with my bags and it was a walkable distance.

Positive points: My husband and I have been traveling around Vietnam for the past 2 months and this homestay was by far our favorite. The hosts, Duong and Van, are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean, they cooked us an amazing breakfast everyday and even brought us a tea kettle when we asked for one. The location is 10 minute walk to Old Town, which was perfect to stay away from crowds and noise.

We ended up getting sick and needing to extend 5 extra days so we could rest and heal. They took such good care of us during this time and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even made us tea late one night when we were still sick. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone in Hoi An. Thank you Duong and Van!

Homemade lemonade provided on check in. Also a free map with tips from host Duong on which area's to visit in Hoi An. There are free bikes to use also.

Each morning a fresh fruit breakfast and juice/coffee was provided.

Room is pleasant, AC & a fan. Hot water from shower & bed was comfortable. Hosts filled fridge with drinks too and also arranged my onward travel to Hue.

On the whole I would recommend this homestay in Hoi An.

Positive points: The Homestay is located in an alleyway tucked away from the jam packed tourist area. It’s conveniently located to just about everything you’d want to do and see in the area. Go by foot or rent a motorbike for 150k dong per day. You can see so so much by motorbike. Host could not be more helpful and responsive.

Review: A-LIST. Staying at Blue Clouds is like staying at your best friend’s home. Easy. Respectful. Relaxed. Cheerful. Carefree. A very special place with the best hosts you could ever imagine. So many reviews offer the same satisfying conclusion - This is a place and a space worth your time and money. The home is quite large with 6 rooms, a beautiful yard and entrance. The common living room is a great place to chat, have a coffee, enjoy breakfast and play with their incredibly charismatic and fun-loving puppy. Once you meet her, you’ll want to take her home - so cute and just so much fun. The room (#3) we stayed in for 2 weeks has everything you’ll need - comfortable bed/pillows, cold A/C, wall mounted oscillating fan, full room and soft lighting controls, fridge, large wash/shower room, plenty of (very) hot water and good water pressure. There were no bugs of any kind in our room during our stay. The fridge is stocked with drinks at very affordable prices. Breakfast is cheerfully made to order from a list provided - delicious and a great way to start the day. Also at a very affordable price. The hosts are very knowledgeable and proud of their city. They are a great resource should you have any questions about the area. The location is really perfect. The home is on a relatively quiet street looking at a very large open area of grasses and tropical trees. It’s really quite nice and much better than looking at loads of row housing. The area where the home is located has many fruit markets, convenience stores, coffee places and a few local restaurants close by. We loved getting fresh fruit right around the corner and sipping coffee at NINE cafe. You’ll be glad you stopped in. Walking into the downtown core was super easy, lots of neighborhood alleys and walkways off the noisy main streets. In less that 10 minutes you can be at historic Hoi An. Congratulations to the owners of this amazing HOMESTAY. You have made something very special here. This is a rare experience and we highly recommend the Blue Clouds HOMESTAY. This is a gem. You’ll see when you get here. Great base to explore Hoi An without a doubt.

Positive points: This is a lovely place to stay. After a great value and smooth airport transfer we were greeted with a homemade lemonade and got to play with the two-month-old puppy 🥰. Duong talked us through the places to get the best local food (and where to avoid!) and then left us to our room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Duong also organised a tour for us as well as bus tickets to Huê, all for a lot less money than we were looking at online - it was great to be able to whatsapp him while we were out if we had any questions. He even went out to get us bahn mi for our onward journey (which were so delicious). All in all a lovely welcoming experience where we were made to feel so at home.
