Hoi An Green Apple Hotel

Review: All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of choice. The hotel is small and family run. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable beds. They even provided us with taxi services which were cheaper than the grab app. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we decided to stay an extra night over Tet. The room was super clean, great wifi, a hot shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast is also so nice with lots of variety, eggs, pastries, fresh coffee, juice, fruits etc! The hotel also offers free bike rental and are super helpful with any requests or questions you have.

Duy is a fabulous hotel host and nothing was too much trouble, he was super friendly and welcoming and he made our stay fabulous. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone visiting Hoi An to book here!

Review: Very friendly hotel owners/staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Very spacious room with balcony and nice bathrooms. Free bicycles are a plus and nice pool too

Positive points: They had a beautiful healthy breakfast with lots of fruit, bread, local dishes and event an omelette cook who prepared an omelette on the spot. The facilities were spotless and management and staff were there to make sure everything was perfect. They were very accommodating.

Review: The location is convenient as its walkable to the old market. The owner and staff are very good and courteous. The place is clean, breakfast is good and other facilities are value for money. When in Hoi An, you must stay here.

Positive points: We stayed here for five nights and we loved our stay. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was very powerful and no issues with hot water.

The breakfast included is buffet style but you can request fresh eggs and pancakes. Which we enjoyed every morning.

The staff are very welcoming and kind saying hello when we leave and come back.

The location is in town but not directly in old town, which is preferred as old town stays busy all day and very touristy so staying a 15 minute walk out was ideal for us.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

Review: Fabulous room with balcony and city views on 3rd floor. Clean, opulent room with king and great shower post long days of touring. Locations is away from City Centre, however bicycles available and a short, flat pleasent for those able. Many local restaurants close by. Breakfast was great, which loads to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel owner personally helped me when my flight to Da Nang was cancelled. I was very grateful. Lots of greenery in hotel surrounds, and pool was refreshing and inviting during hotter weather. I will be recommending to my friends.

Positive points: Very helpful and friendly staff. Ly from reception was able to organize a great tour for me at short notice. After ceck-out free luggage storage after and even offering a shower to me before taking the night bus.

Positive points: Super friendly staff! The owner greeted all guests every morning at the breakfast, asking, if everything was ok. Perfect concierge service as well. Very nice room with 2 huge beds, clean bathroom and a balcony. Wonderful buffet breakfast with freshly made omelettes and pancakes. It's a pity, the weather did not allow us to use the hotel pool. Situated very near the historic centre in a less crowded street, although plenty of restaurants and shops for a travellers needs. Could not wish for more..

Positive points: The people were so kind and helpful with any issue we needed help with, in a clean and well-kept place, the employees are simply charming, they go over attractions with you and you can arrange anything you want with them.
