Zen Hoian Villa

Positive points: Room was nice and spacious and we received daily housekeeping. The bathroom and shower were nice although there was one evening we couldn’t get hot water. The rest of the time we had hot showers though. The host was lovely although a bit difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. The location is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but we came to enjoy the walk. Grab car is also easily available if needed!

Positive points: The villa was very nice. The connecting rooms were very spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and a good value.

Positive points: It was very peaceful, a few minutes walk to old town Hoi Ann, great location. Staff was lovely and the rooms were big. They also arranged transport to the airport for our return trip.

Positive points: It was quiet and comfortable. Not too close to the noise but close enough to walk to central Hoi An. The pool was good to keep us cool during the day. Breakfast fruit was great. Staff friendly without being intrusive.

Positive points: Room was massive and so clean, pool area is so nice and location is perfect. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the town which is great as you’re away from all the noise. The host and his daughter were amazing, very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again we didn’t want to leave!

Positive points: good location - easy access to old town but but out of the hustle and bustle and noise. Staff very accommodating and organised transport and tickets to coconut village. Nice and quiet at night - as it’s off the main road. Rooms are hugh and lovely and clean

Review: Awesome place with the pool and free bike hire. Just be careful booking using agoda as the free breakfast was not included even though they advertised it. The hotel owner showed me they just didn't include it.

Review: Hoi An is now a noisy and busy town (even the old quarter) so this small family-run hotel is a peaceful place to relax and recharge. Only 10 minutes walk to old town. Everything is new and modern. Strong AC. Owners are kind and helpful and can book tours and cheap taxis for you. It’s just next to a large, beautiful temple. No room service or bar, but breakfast is good and mini bar prices are same as you pay at local shops.

Review: They do have free bike to downtown. (Around 10 minutes ride). They do have a swimming pool and host is friendly to provide information or book bus tickets/performance events for guest.

Review: Mọi thứ khá ok cho đến khi chủ khách sạn xác nhận đồng ý cho mình thuê xe máy nửa ngày (12h trưa -17h) và mình tin tưởng không deal giá. Lúc trả tính mình 100k (tính giá như 1 ngày). Dù sau đã giảm xuống 80k nhưng vẫn thấy không thoải mái, k đáng bao nhiêu đâu nhưng cảm xúc tụt không phanh, thà cứ bảo là tính như 1 ngày từ đầu. Buổi trưa vừa recommend hội bạn thì buổi chiều trả xe xong k muốn quay lại luôn. KL là làm gì cũng phải deal giá trước.
