Positive points: Everything. Fantastic family run guesthouse. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location but easy walk into old town. Good bikes provided for free
Positive points: Host were very kind, they made us breakfast in the morning. They also provided a lot of recommendations on things to do in Hoi An. The rooms were very comfortable. Bicycles were free to borrow and ride around. The property was about 10 mins walk from ancient town, so it’s really convenient.
Positive points: This house is the best house we have stayed during our vacation in Vietnam, the house is very modern and the interior design is amazing its very clean and the host is very cooperative we stayed only one night but we wished to have time to stay longer, the location as amazing nearby the oldtown and far from the crowd in calm area
Negative points: Nothing everything was just perfect

The property is just outside the busy area, it’s nice and peaceful. You can go to the old town with a short walk.
The owners are amazing hosts who are always happy to help, and made us feel very welcome.
The room was fabulous and very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.
We couldn’t recommend this more, it was absoultwly perfect! We extended our stay and didn’t want to leave 😃
