Family Hotel

Positive points: Great rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Great price. Great support from staff. Great location.

Review: Ks nằm sát phố cổ chỉ tần 5 phút đi bộ. Phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát, đủ tiện nghi cần thiết. Giá hợp lý. Bữa sáng chưa hoạt động lại vì tình hình dịch covid. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình tư vấn các thông tin khách cần. Good

Positive points: This hotel is a wonderful, family-owned gem. It's about a 12 minute walk to Old Town, not too close but not far at all. The rooms are comfortable, exceptionally clean (spotless!), and quiet. What made my stay really enjoyable was the staff. They are incredibly helpful and warm, especially Bo! I felt like family! It's also very reasonably priced - value for money is great. Definitely would stay here again. :)

Positive points: It advertises free bikes but it's not, they rent it for 30,000 for a day, we took it around 5 pm and a lady mentioned that it should be returned by 9 pm, but seeing the disappointment she said it's ok to be returned later. We booked it mostly because of the location but the room was facing the road so could hear all the beeping cars and the rush, tiny balcony, everything very basic, found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, that the nice Hui took care of, bless him. Room is a bit stuffy and no wardrobes so for people who want to stay longer than a night might be a bit hard. The bed was pretty comfortable and nice hot water. Po and Hui were very warm and welcoming, loved these guys, very hospitable, wish them all the very best.

Positive points: Great location with wonderful staff (family). They provided me with a great map, and suggestions for food and activities. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating - I was allowed to leave my bag for several hours before check in and after check out so I could go and explore the city and wait for my night bus.

The room was great, aircon, fan, TV and a good bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The free waters were nice to have after a long day of walking.

I would recommend this great hotel to solo travelers, couples and everyone in between. Thanks guys

Positive points: Everything about this place was remarkable . From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and kind, available to help and solve problems or questions, always with a smile on their face. The rooms were incredible, clean and comfortable, towels changed every day, tv working with good programs.
Location is wonderful- 10 min walk to old town .
Highly recommended for couples, friends and families . Huge thanks to this incredible family! Had a great time ❤️

From the moment you book the room until the time you leave, they are always available with kind support for all your needs. The hotel is a bargain for the price and located within walking distance to the old town. There are also many local restaurants nearby…A big thank you again to Mr. Ha and all the staff we met!
