Review: Problem with the water heater. Only have hot water for a few minutes then the shower gets really cold. There's some leakage below the toilet bowl as well. Had issues with the TV as well. Only worked one day. The next it wasn't working. The staff wasn't able to fix the issue as well.
Positive points: The room was nice and simple with a comfortable bed. The location of the property was perfect, very short walk into the Old Town and very quiet area at night.
Negative points: We were on the ground floor right behind reception and near to the breakfast area so it was a little loud in the early mornings. The shower was nice but went cold quite quickly. The balcony was closed off so couldn’t look out.

- transfer to airport, arranged through the hotel was 5minutes late,
-very simple and small breakfast
Review: The front desk staff was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the kindness of all the staff we encountered. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location, comfy beds and quite at night.
Positive points: The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to Hoi An while still offering a silent backyard providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, making the stay comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers good value for money and dedicated staff, which makes it highly recommendable.
Negative points: The rooms and the hotel overall could use some renovation. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused dampness in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Positive points: Location and cleanliness
Negative points: The bathroom should have a ventilation to vacuum the smell after customers’ toilet or the door need to be changed to a completely closed door. Hotel should prepare deodorant for the bathroom too
Review: Have a good rest in this hotel..Only a short distant walk to Goi An ancient city. Very convenient..Staff are very helpful and firendly. Thank you.
Positive points:
Beautiful decoration, very friendly staff and perfect location (not a crowded street, but very close to everything). The room is a bit dated, but big and comfortable with a nice balcony and clean and modern bathroom.
We also used the bicycle rental service.
Negative points: The only thing that really needs an upgrade is the mattress, it was not very comfortable leading to stiff neck.
Review: The facilities are acceptable, and the staff is great. Near the old town. However, some visitors are disrespectful in the middle of the night. The kitchen staff makes a lot of noise in the early morning hours to prepare breakfast which ends up rather basic. I will stay there again.

Very clean. Nice room. 10 min walk from the night life and all coffee shops. Super quiet.
The curtains in the room are terrible, as soon as the sun rises, you get all the light in your face 6am.

Negative points: There was barely enough warm water for a shower. It ran cold before I’d finished my shower
Review: Hotel provides a list of activites to do, with charges, so you can just go unplanned. Walking distance to the ancient town. Can be quite far if you dislike the hot and humid weather.
Positive points: Really friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location within the old quarter, and it's close to the river.
