Positive points: Great staff, they were super helpful. We had a problem with the shower in our room, but it was fixed almost immediately. We had a nice room with window on the 3rd floor. Was nice and good value for the money. We extended our stay because of the good location and nice service.
Negative points: Rooms are not soundproof and unfortunately we had one night with very loud neighbors :( but even when the neighbors were just talking normal, we could still hear everything.
Review: Staff is approachable and friendly, location is good, nice view from the window especially at night.
Positive points: Selective Breakfast and Spacious Room. Walkable distance to all sight seeing. Lake view in front of the villa is too good. Worth for the money you pay.
Negative points: Nothing.
Review: The price does not match the quality of the hotels. It’s more like motel or homestay. The fridge didn’t work. No towels in the room unless you ask. The only bonus part is it’s 15-20 minutes walking distance to Hoi An old town.

The staff isn’t available 24X7 so in case you’re checking out early then you’d have to promptly inform them in advance.
We checkout at 5am and no one responded for payment of laundry and room.
After 10am, the owner harrowingly called us many times to clear the payment despite us reminding them multiple times in the morning
Language barrier also there
Rooms are okay but there is a weird smell
Geyser is small so only gives hot water for 5mins. After that it takes time to reheat

Review: Hoi An seems to have a hotel / homestay on every corner and 8 in between...they are literally everywhere ... and the same can be said for massage rooms and restaurants... this is a small inn with a small but clean and pretty dipping pool in front... i stayed in the cheapest room and it was small with a screened window that could not be shut but good air con and great shower and a small fridge that kept my leftovers and beer cool..the proprietors are there most of the time and are very kind and responsive and everything is just 10 a 10. minute walk away... good value

Review: Great stay, large beautiful room, and bathroom nicely decorated. Staff allways willing to help. Can recommend Luna. And will stay here again.
Positive points: The room was super clean and in very good location!
Negative points: Unfortunately, the room smelled very bad due to mold on the walls and the sewer which was broken outside! The receptionist suggested us to change room but it was almost the same.
Review: We loved our stay at Luna Rossa so much that we extended by 1 night. The location by the river is lovely, the hotel is quiet and comfortable and the staff are readily available on whatsapp

The location is fantastic, near night market and old town. It is only 10 minutes walk away.
Staff is very friendly. Always a WhatsApp call away, if you need a recommendation of restaurant or sightseeing place.

Most of everything I need for 2 nights here in town.
The home host was very well cared and attentive.
Negative points:
The room soundproof is quite poor. I could hear everything outside of the room especially the children screaming in the early morning. I have been to Hoi An countless times and I found that most of the homestay & villas in Hoi An having the same issues regarding the soundproof though.
I will stay at the Luna Rossa Villa again in my next trip to Hoi An this October anyway.
