Trải nghiệm cực kỳ tai hại tại khách sạn De Vivre Hội An
Việc tôi ở khách sạn De Vivre Hội An không khác gì một cơn ác mộng. Nếu bạn có kế hoạch ở lại đây, hãy chuẩn bị tắm nước lạnh bằng băng nếu vòi hoa sen của bạn kéo dài hơn 5 phút. Theo nhân viên, các chủ sở hữu mới không bận tâm đến việc phục vụ thiết bị cũ, điều này giải thích cho các vấn đề nước nóng đang diễn ra.
Khi tôi nói chuyện này với quản lý, tôi nghe nói rằng nước nóng chỉ có 5 phút là bình thường và điều đó chấp nhận được và bản thân anh ấy luôn tắm ít hơn 5 phút. Đúng là một trò đùa.

Positive points: Big room. Clean and modern bathroom (but no exhaust fan). Comfortable firm bed. Friendly staff.
Negative points: The room seems to be a little damp. We turned on the Aircon (dry) to reduce the dampness.

We received a different room than we ordered on the first night.
But the staff were kind and moved us the next morning.

Positive points: Comfortable hotel located just 5 minutes from Hoi An city center. The staff was very helpful and provided advice in English.

Positive points: It’s perfect, it has all of the amenities and services needed. The location is perfect as it’s only a walking distance to the Old Town
Positive points: Great staff, quiet location close to the old town which is about 5 mins walk. Large room and bathroom and very comfortable bed in which I sleep very well! It Was nice to have a large balcony. Rooms are very clean. Staff accommodating and kind. They organised transfer to Da Nang when I was ready to leave. Kitchen does a pretty good Pho.
Negative points: Furniture a little dated in the dining area and rooms.
Positive points: I picked it for the off centre location in more quiet area and it was worth it. Close to good tailores, close to small minimart food everything you would need. Staff is very friendly and the hotel itself offers standard tourist services (from laundry, to bike rental, tour booking, airport/train station transfer :))
Negative points: Can’t think about anything.
