Positive points: Super friendly host, very clean and spacious rooms. Outside of the hustle and bustle but still close to the ancient town. Ninh can help travelers with everything to have an enjoyable stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend

Positive points: Ninh was very welcoming and friendly from the start, made us feel right at home in her family house. The place is a walking distance from everything (tailoring, old town, little islands, market). The banana pancake she makes for breakfast was absolutely delicious. She helped us plan tours and activities for our stay and they were some of the best days we had. The cooking class with the bamboo boats was a major highlight.

Review: Very nice family that owns the house, everything was good. Our room had a hint of mold but honestly that’s just house houses are in central Vietnam. They need to be cleaned with vinegar and painted every spring which is a big job so I understand why it’s not always done. It wasn’t unbearable, just affected my allergies a bit.

Positive points: The host is very friendly, gives you a warm welcome and want you to help to make you're stay as comfortable as it can be.

Review: Nice, clean and spacious room including
also the bathroom. Good water pressure. A bit of walking to get to Ancient Town, but not too bad.
We had two concerns. Firstly, the humidity is horrible and even with the AC going, everything that we hadn't packed in plastic vaccum bags was either wet or very moist after our first night. You could even feel that the beds were a bit wet. Apparently this is a problem in many parts of Vietnam, but just be prepared that the AC won't help. Secondly, for some reason, the door the room had frosted glass which meant that a lot of the hallway light comes into the room which felt unnecessary.
So, I'm not sure whether to recommend or not, if it wouldn't have been for the humidity in the room, we would have extended for sure! I mean, we found a hostel without AC that didn't have as much humidity. But it's cheap, clean and an ok place to stay.

Positive points: This is such a cute family run business. The lady who helped us was amazing! So inviting and accomodating. She was sad we only stayed one night but still offered us so much help. She recommended some tours and cooking classes which we did with a discount (since she said they were all family run) and they were 10/10 such amazingly organised tours and experiences. The rooms were comfy especially for the amount you pay. There was also a cute kitty around. Organising a private airport transfer through the home stay was so easy and cheap too. The staff and their kindness made this place so great

Review: Too far from ancient Hoi An. Many guesthouses and budget hotels are located there.

Positive points: The host, Minh, was superb. She even guided us on our tour and answered any queries we had.

Review: The family help you in anything you need. They let you use bicycle for free and town is just 5min and An Bang beach just 15min. Breakfast is not included but price is quite cheap and they give you many options. They also offer tours and they book the taxis from or to the airport at a very good price. Rooms and bathrooms are brand new and so clean. I totally recommend this place!

Positive points: This is my second time here. It's just out of town so a bit more quiet but only a 10/15 min walk to the old town or 35vnd by grab.
The rooms are on the large side, good air-conditioning, comfortable bed but on the 'harder' side of comfort and large bathroom.
Fantastic value for money!

Review: Vệ sinh sạch sẽ nhưng đồ dùng trong phòng tận dụng đồ cũ. Bồn rửa mặt rò nước chảy tong tong. Trong phòng không có khăn tắm. Nói chung chỉ ngủ thì OK, còn sinh hoạt thì ko hài lòng.
