Positive points: Mr.Kevin and staff are great! They will tell you all the good spots and organize whatever you want! I was sick with food poisoning and Kevin took good care of me and my son. Definitely would recommend staying there. Location is great as well as it’s only a short walk to the old town. Highly recommended

Positive points: The staff was really friendly and especially Kevin gave us amazing recommendations. We saw Kevin name all over the reviews before we came and he really deserves all the praise. He gave us excellent advice on local spots and also some potential scams to avoid.

Review: The hotel very clean and nearly walking to Hoi an night market., but there is no lift/elevator access to the room. There are also fewer variants served for breakfast.

Positive points: What a fantastic hotel to stay at! I absolutely loved the place. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the location was perfect—right on the main street. The pool was lovely, and the staff was always friendly and eager to help. Just a short walk from the lantern market, it made exploring so convenient. I will definitely be back! Kevin and Linda were especially wonderful, offering great advice and assistance.

Review: Good, not far from central.

Positive points: Kevin was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were arriving in the middle of the night and Kevin ensured our rooms were ready and the security let us in so we could go to sleep.
We also had to add in a guest last minute which Kevin gladly helped us organise an extra room and alternative bedding. We had fresh towels daily and everyone was lovely. Thank you Kevin and linda for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Review: Disappointing maintenance. Bathroom door would not shut at all. No privacy. VERY poor shower, in fact plumbing in general poor. Staff very good

Review: Excellent service by all the staff. They went out of their way to facilitate to our wishes. Have lots of recommendations and advice for where to go and what to do.
The rooms are nice and clean and the food was also good. We were very happy about our stay.

Positive points: The hotel was walking distance from the town. They also provided bikes for us to use which was great to see various places in Hoi An. Upon arrival, Kevin and my were very helpful and they advised us of good restaurants to eat in, activities near by and tips about Hoi An. I would definitely recommend staying here, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review: We booked a three bedded room. The hotel initially offered a room with a double and a single. Rather than provide what was confirmed, we were put into a family room and charged £30 extra for the ‘privilege’.
The breakfast was poor. The decking around the pool was disgraceful and dangerous. The pool toilets were disgusting. Filthy and without water.
Overall, hugely disappointing.

Positive points: Staff were excellent. If you have any questions at all about Hoi An, Kevin will know the answer. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The pool is actually pretty sizeable and kept clean, but not heated.
