Positive points: Staff where very friendly and very helpful

Review: Location is a bit interior with 100 mtrs of no proper road. It is still close to Old Town. About 10 mins walk. Staff is awesome. Breakfast is too good for the price you pay for stay. Recommend this for budget travelers.

Positive points: Great aircon. Close to old town but away from the hustle and bustle, making it nice and quiet.

Positive points: Location was great. Close to an ATM and the old town. Grab would pick up and drop off, and deliver food. Room was clean enough but definitely no frills. Water pressure was fine and I could have a hot shower.

Review: I choose to stay here for 2 nights because the location is so great, it’s very close with the ancient town about 700meters so i can walk or take a bike(I rented the bike here just 30 dong per day), the staffs here were so good, friendly and helpful. The room was clean including breakfast moreover it has swimming pool but the price was so cheap. I love here

Positive points: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Paradise Hotel in Hoi An, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with warm smiles and eager to assist with any request. Miss Phuong at reception always wears a big beautiful smile and is extremely helpful in every aspect.

The comfort of the hotel is unparalleled. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool area, a gym if you need to work off all the cheap beer and food.

The breakfast at Paradise Hotel was another highlight. Included in the price of the stay, it was absolutely amazing. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious and varied spread, featuring both local and international options. The quality and taste were outstanding, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a tranquil area yet close to all the main attractions. It was so convenient to explore the charming streets of Hoi An, with its historic architecture, vibrant markets, and beautiful lantern-lit evenings.

One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the hospitality of the owners, Mr. Thinh and his family. They were incredibly welcoming, taking the time to chat with guests and ensuring everyone felt like part of the family. Their personal touch truly made our stay special.

Overall, I cannot recommend Paradise Hotel in Hoi An highly enough. From the outstanding service and comfort to the delicious breakfast and perfect location, everything was superb. If you're planning a trip to Hoi An, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Review: I was pretty skeptical when I first arrived because it looked pretty old and I wanted to have a relaxing time somewhere nice. It was desolate and not that new looking. I ended up staying for the 3 days. Room was awesome as I had it all to myself. The ladies were nice at the front desk. Facilities were good. It could use a bit of maintenance and unfortunately the pool doesn't have sun all day. Breakfast was the worst of it. Just always cold otherwise a great stay! I would go back and recommend it for sure!

Review: Price is good for a three star hotel. But in fact it isn't really one. Whole building seems like it was never finished. But that's what you get for the price and if you are aware of that, it's fine. Really nothing special, but for the same price you will be able to find better options around
