Happy Villa

Review: The room is big and super comfortable. It has a nice pool and close to the Old Town. The owners are very nice and super helpful, I truly enjoyed my stay here. As a matter of fact I originally planned to stay here only for two nights and change to another hotel in the beach side town, but I decided not too.
It was such a nice and comfortable to stay here.

Positive points: The host was super responsive and helpful. Xuan was there to meet us and show us around the house. It has been newly renovated and is a beautiful, calm space.

The location was right outside of the old quarter (which is nice because taxis cannot go inside the old quarter). There are food stands across the street and a coffee shop within a minute walk. Old town was about a 7-minute walk.

The house was HUGE, especially by Vietnam standards. Bedrooms had enough space & furniture to unpack and get comfortable. The living room was comfy and the large table in the kitchen was a great place to congregate. The pool was beautiful.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Review: Free bike and friendly staffs

Positive points: Great location only 700 metres from the main area of old town . The villa is big and spacious with air conditioning and clean . The host Xuan is fantastic and goes above and beyond to assist you with anything at all you need .

All the places Xuan recommended were all spot on and great places to see and dine in at . We went to Tony the Tailor also recommended by Xuan and had some suits shirts and dresses made top quality and very good price .

We would highly recommend this villa great for large groups and family’s . Thanks Xuan for hosting us and making us feel safe and welcomed and looking after us so well .

Review: Family run hotel, that was very welcoming and had recommendations for every activity. Free bike rentals made exploring the City in the morning very pleasant. Great value and location for cost.

Positive points: For arrival at the villa:
The host arranged for airport pick up for all members of our group.
Another friend joined our group during our stay and the host arranged for a second airport pick up. She was so helpful with organizing different aspects of our trip for us!

The villa itself:
The villa was clean and well stocked with water and snacks on arrival. The host had left breakfast items for us to use as well as extra items available for purchase.
There is a laundry room that we were able to use - the hosts helped us with using this! There was also a launderette located lose to the villa if that was preferred by some guests.
There is a lovely pool with sunloungers. The villa is located in a quiet area so the pool is nice and relaxing.

Location:
The villa is a short walk to the old town and many restaurants/cafes/markets. The host gave us some amazing recommendations for different places to try. You can walk to these places or get a quick grab which only takes a few minutes. They also organized bikes for us to use which were delivered to the villa and collected there again. Everything was made so easy for us and at a great price. The hosts went to such a great effort to help us with everything.

Other:
The host also arranged for our bike trip along the Hai Van Pass. Again, she arranged for the our transport (bikes to use along the Hai Van Pass with drivers to show us the different viewpoints along the way and this included delivery of our bags to the next location.)

We had lots of questions before, during and after our stay and both hosts were so helpful at all times. They really made our trip to Hoi An even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An in the future. 100% recommend this villa, especially to a group of people.

Review: The room was nice and clean, huge bed, working AC. The bathroom needs a bit of more intense cleaning.
The owners were super nice and friendly and helped me with booking a tour around Cham Islands. It's about 10 minutes walk from the old town, but they also gave me a bike for free while I was staying there. I recommend!

Positive points: Comfortable beds, Amazing hosts, and ensuite bathrooms from every room. Great fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Pretty much like home away from home!

Review: Family owned very nice and clean hotel.
It’s walking distance to the market and other main sights. The staff are very kind and helpful, easy to communicate in English as well.
There’s shuttle bus directly from the hotel to DaNang airport which is very convenient.
Highly recommended hotel!

Review: Looooooved my stay here!! It was impeccably clean and the staff was really nice, almost felt like a home stay. Great deal on a private room. It’s just a little bit out of the main part of town but they provide Free bike rental! Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Hoi An!

Positive points: Lovely self-contained property with a nice modern pool, communal area and laundry facilities but the best part was the kind and helpful host.

Review: Loved my stay here . The room was specious, clean and had everything one could need. The bathrooms were modern and the room also had en television and a fridge. The family was great! The nicest lady who gave so much advise and was very helpfull. The husband was also helpful even though his english wasn’t the best and their child was so cute! Location is a 5-10 minute walk from the old part of the town. Very central location with a lot of shops around.

Positive points: Xuan was a very attentive and caring host. She was there to assist and check in with any queries or assistance needed. The property was well managed and acquired all facilities needed. Xuan went the extra mile to surprise one of our guests with a birthday cake once finding out it was his birthday.

Review: This place is great if you a re looking for a nice, comfortable place to rest. The room is spacious with well functioning ac and tv with english channels. The shower is good and hot.
You can borrow bikes to go to all thr near “to visit spots” for free. They even let me borrow a second bike for a friend that was staying in a hostel, that was really nice of them.
The family running the place is very nice, helpful and kind.
Everything was perfect. Only two other pointd I would mention is: 1. They have a policy of locking down at twelve at night, so you need to be back by then. 2. Breakfast is not included, offer though for an ok price and its good.
I would stay here again

Positive points: The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Very responsive and gave us a great list of recommendations. The property was very clean, and actually looks better than the photos show.

Positive points: The villa was well kept and well stocked. The pool was fantastic to jump in and escape the heat of the city. Walkable to Hoi An old city center, and very friendly owners. Xuan provided endless recommendations and assistance for getting around the city

Review: I have to say that staying at the Happy Villa was the best experience I have had while staying in Vietnam. Firstly, the location is perfect an easy 10 minute walk to the old town and far enough away such that noise is at a minimum. Secondly, the facilites are excellent the room was very modern, very big, extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on since being in Vietnam (not too stiff and not too soft lol). Thirdly and most importantly, the young couple that own the guest house were the most lovely hosts imaginable. They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist in any way they can (even providing a free bicycle to use during my stay). Sam worked really hard to organise everything for me, going out of her way to find alternative tour providers at short notice and even taking me on an evening local food tour to places I would never have even known about which was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Happy Villa highly enough :>
