Review: Location in a small alley where cars cannot enter. there is one staff who is very friendly and helpful.

Review: The place has photos from back in the day late 2010’s and is not anything like as well presented. The rooms are tired. We stayed in the queen double and the sheets did not fit the bed so we were left with a bare mattress by the time an attempt to sleep had been made. The bed was like crate of rocks and impossible to get comfortable unless so worn out by fighting it that you manage to somehow doze off for a minute. Pervious reviews led us to this place and in my opinion they must have very low needs or delusional. The place was probably really nice once upon a time. The breakfast room is on the other side iof a pool that leaves a small challenging walkway along side it.. if you are young kids, elderly, disabled or a little unsteady on your feet? Then you can not stay here. None of the TV’s have channels and when we asked for remote batteries? We were told that none of the (one remotes) work and thats just the way it is! Equally mind damaging is the windows and external glass doors to balconies are cover in smoked film.. you can not see out unless you open them, and thats not helpful at night when mosquitoes are about. We were so unhappy we could not stay another night if you paid us and so when we complained, respectfully, we were told to pay for the three nights in full even though we had only managed, and i mean managed, one! Agoda are on the case, the owners have no understanding of misrepresentation and in all my years of travelling using agoda and booking.. i have never felt so abused. If Agoda dont put this right then i will stop using the app too.

Review: We only planned to stay in Hoi an for one night and this place was just perfect. Wish we would have planned for more days. Will definitely go back there again. Reception guy was so welcoming and even helped us to book a taxi from Hoi an to Da nang. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside is that there is no lift so you will have to carry the luggage to your floor.

Positive points: Great location, close to old town but also further away that it’s in a quiet location so escapes the chaos and the crowds! The rooms are super big and spacious and clean. The showers weren’t great and were either extremely hot or extremely cold. Breakfast was yummy too!

Review: I stayed in Silver Moon for 2 nights and it was everything excellent! The room was clean and really big, also the kindness of the staff need to be mentioned! I’ll come back surely

Review: - สถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมเนื่องจากไม่ได้ติดถนนหลักทำให้ต้องเดินเข้ามาประมาณ 3-400 เมตร ตอนกลางคืนจะค่อนข้างเปลี่ยวแต่มีไฟส่องข้างทางเป็นเพื่อนทำให้ไม่น่ากลัวมาก แต่หากเป็นสตรีเดินทางคนเดียวอาจจะพิจารณาที่อื่นเป็นทางเลือกที่น่าจะปลอดภัยกว่า

- ความสะอาด ในห้องมีแมลงสาบค่ะ!!! ต้องบอกให้สตาฟมาจัดการให้ นอนไประแวงไป และตู้เย็นน่าจะไม่ได้เปิดมาสักพักทำให้มีมดตัวเล็ก ๆ ไต่ตามตู้เย็นตอนแรก แต่พอเสียบปลั๊กไฟเปิดใช้งานพบว่าตอนเช้าก็หายหมดค่ะ ผ้าปูที่นอนมีฝุ่นสีดำตามมุมต่าง ๆ ขออนุญาตหักคะแนนตรงนี้นะคะ

- พนักงานน่ารักค่ะ น่าจะเป็นเจ้าของที่พัก บริการดีค่ะ เต็มใจให้บริการ

- สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก โทรทัศน์ที่ห้องใช้งานจริงไม่ได้ค่ะ หากเป็นคนชื่นชอบการรับชมโทรทัศน์อาจจะพิจารณาข้อนี้ประกอบค่ะ ส่วนอย่างอื่น เช่น แอร์ ตู้เย็น ที่เป่าผม เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ทำงานได้ดีค่ะ และสำหรับสระว่ายน้ำสำหรับเราดูแล้วค่อนข้างสกปรกไปหน่อย ไม่แน่ใจว่าระบบทำความสะอาดน้ำเสียหรือไม่ หากท่านใดอยากใช้สระว่ายน้ำอาจจะใช้งานจริงไม่ได้ เนื่องจากกังวลเรื่องความสะอาดค่ะ เครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่ฟรีทุกชิ้นแม้กระทั่งน้ำดื่มยังมีราคา 10,000 vnd ต่อขวด แต่สำหรับเรารับได้สำหรับที่พักในราคาแค่นี ในส่วนอาหารเช้าดีค่ะ มีให้เลือกหลากหลายดีในราคานี้ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก ๆ ค่ะ

สรุป หากคุณเป็นคนที่ไม่ได้ซีเรียสเรื่องความสะอาดมากนัก นับเป็นที่พักที่ดีคุ้มค่าเงินที่คุณจ่ายไปค่ะ เพราะราคานี้ได้อาหารเช้าทุกคนและเจ้าหน้าที่บริการดีมาก อบอุ่นดีค่ะ

Positive points: Quiet and peaceful stay with a nice breakfast

Review: It's OK, rooms are small but clean. TV doesnt work and aircon rubbish. Lucky a plug in fan is provided. Balcony is tiny. No kettle in room but does have fridge. Free breakfast tasty with eggs or pancakes as your main choices. Pool the cloudest I've seen, very murky....hasn't seen a filter in a long time. And no seating or sunbed area around pool, just a 1ft wide path around it. Free bicycle use which is great. Hotel down quite side street so quite. 1min wall up path and in very busy main road area part of town. Moped hire cheap .... only 100,000 for full day. We booked a week , stayed 3days and cancelled the rest of our stay. I would recommend if on a budget, want to be near town and have only one or two nights in Hoi An

Positive points: Lovely breakfast included in the price, the staff were so friendly and approachable they made the experience that much better. We were able to hire motorbikes and bicycles from the hotel which was very handy. The location is just a short walk from the old town where you want to spend the most time

Review: It’s 6-8mins walk to center of old town and it’s quiet during the night time. Can rent scooter and bicycle to explore.

Positive points: The room was lovely and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the area. Such a great location and only a 10 minute walk from the main area of restaurants and the night market. The host was so so lovely and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.
